I had built and painted the new wood patio cover kit (cross beams, rafters, and slats) and had all the needed new hardware to assemble the new structure. I provided detailed construction plans to all the vendors. Some vendors did not work with wood only Aluminum or Vinyl, and others were not interested in what to them appeared to be a "too small" a job. Luckily, Ryan was more than happy to do the work and it quickly became apparent that he was also capable of doing the job. Ryan is also very professional, he communicates very clearly via texts and telephone calls. His estimate for the work was very reasonable from both a price and schedule point of view. I quickly felt that with Ryan I was dealing with a very responsible and honest hardworking professional. We settled on a price and schedule for the job. One day to demolish and haul away the old patio cover, and a second day to install the new patio cover kit I had put together. On the scheduled day to start the work, Ryan and Joe showed up right on the agreed time. They worked to demo the patio cover and very carefully and safely took the entire structure down. I was hoping to re-use the two 6x6 columns but they had some wood rot and so we decided it would be best to replace them with new lumber. Ryan, adjusted the estimate to get the new 6x6 post lumber and do the work. Just as with the original estimate, Ryan's estimate was extremely reasonable and fair. It's a great sign when a vendor's update to a project is completely honest on both price and labor. So I gave them the go ahead to do this additional work. They completely cleaned up my backyard after having done all the demolition. On the day scheduled for them to install the new wood patio cover, Ryan and Joe once again showed up exactly on time. They got to work right away installing the new patio cover. Installation is a longer process than demolition, but in the span of eight hours or so they had completed the installation. The quality and workmanship of Ryan and Joe is top notch. When they finished, my new patio cover was stunning, and once again they cleaned the entire job site. I have other projects around the house that need to be done. Ryan will be the first and only guy I will call when I get around to do them. I highly recommend Ryan and Joe for any work needed around the house !

The two assemblers were very personable when I called, so much so that I didn't continue calling others. They arrived, were friendly, appropriately presentable, and diligent..even though the assembly was a bit more difficult, and time consuming than expected. They never complained. I took their business card so that I would remember how to contact them for future jobs. The only concern that I have i only had in retrospect. Neither they or I wore masks. I sometimes forget at home when others come over. so didn't think to ask them to wear one. For their/my sake they should have arrived wearing one, even they were mostly 6' away from me I could have been sneezing on everything they touched). They could have done the same in the house/on the Gym Pac. New rules for dangerous times. Some mistakes only take once though. I should have been the model and the reminder. But they will work in many future places. Very very good and personable people. PS I raised agreed to rare of $100 t0 $200 when the job became more difficult than expected. 4200

I can not say enough about the Quality of their Work. They were quick to respond to messages and were able to fit my job into their busy schedule sooner than I imagined. They showed up on time and did the work above and beyond what I expected. They quoted me a price and were true to that price. They were extremely respectful of my space, taking care to not damage anything and they also left it cleaner then they found it. They were truly an answer to my prayers after being left with an unfinished project from another person for months. Truly Professional...Thank you Ryan and Joe!!

Excellent!

Installation was fine except for the gap between extender and bottom of door. He worked on it and went to hardware store to buy and install weather stripping plus found some leeway on storm door to close the gap. Tenacious and creative.

Excellent work, very professional. I would recommend this firm to anyone needing work done.

Ryan was excellent! He did what said he would on the schedule we agreed to and at the price we agreed on. Ryan updated me each day on progress and issues that we needed to resolve. He was a PRO, we trusted him to do the work right and gave him unsupervised access to our home. We would hire Ryan again, and sincerely appreciate his work and great care he took to get things right.

So at first, I just asked for our garbage disposal to be fixed and perhaps our Ring doorbell to be installed. Ryan was a true professional...he called me back within a reasonable time frame, was able to schedule a time to come by within days, told me what I could do ahead of time to facilitate the Ring install, and showed up on time. I was so impressed with how quick, efficient and nice he was that I asked if he could come back to do a chandelier install. Again, he was great about trying to give me his best estimate in terms of how long it would take, and I really appreciated him communicating in advance that it would be best as a 2-man job, which I was fine with. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Ryan and Joe did a great job, quick and efficient. Very friendly guys and extremely accommodating. Ryan was a little late, but he called to let me know that Joe would be on time. I would definitely use them again. As a matter of fact, I am already building my next lists of things for them to do.

Ryan built an absolutely beautiful deck to our exact specifications. He completed the project on time and we could not be happier with the results. He was professional, easy to work with and took the time to explain material options and costs to us. We are very, very happy with the work he did! Ryan has also done some handy work for us around our home that we are very pleased with. We will continue to turn to him first when we have further projects.

Ryan has done multiple projects on my home: built a new deck, installed a whole home water filter, as well as multiple smaller jobs. All of them have been completed in the amount of time he quoted and all have held up perfectly without any additional maintenance. The man knows what he’s doing. Top notch work.

hat was lacking adequate instructions very quickly. He was kind enough to engage with my son. As a single mom I will totally use him again. It’s tough enough trying to do things like this alone and trusting a stranger into my home is even more scary but Ryan was a perfect example of what everyone is looking for in a handyman.
