Tom's Heating and Air responded on the day I called even though it was late afternoon. This rental is out of state so I can't have hands on when a situation arises; Tom came in and assessed the problem after trying the most obvious repair that evening and went back the next day. He did not ask for any payment until we were assured that the air was working properly.

He beat five other bids and did an excellent job. I say always call Tom.

I didn't check with other companies, but I think it was a fair price. He did accommodate me with my financial needs, which I appreciate.

It was a great experience doing business with Tom Heating and air, I called them at 10 PM, Tom was very honest and Professional. His employee who came to do the job was very humble and professional. I am a renter, I explained my situation to him. Tom explained that its probably a regular maintenance that is required for the central air system. He gave me free estimate and fix the problem ,I definitely call this company in future.

They continue to take care of the new unit installed when contacted by honoring their warrenty

I was very impressed with the work. They answered all my questions and made suggestions on how to maintain my new system. They also located and showed me some problem areas. My system works more better then it has ever worked. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Tom came out right away, which was needed as it was 105 outside and 92 inside! At first, he had hoped to be able to repair the unit, but on further inspection, it was not meant to be. He allowed us plenty of time to deal with the death of the old compressor ( oh where did those 14 yrs go to?), and still replaced and hauled away the compressor within that same day. We had a small hiccup needing attention next day, and it was taken care of before 10 am. Professional, courteous, cleaned up fully after the job was done. I felt safe with him in my home, and safe giving his company top marks.

I highly recommend this company. First, he called me within an hour of my requested quote. Second, he fit me in that afternoon, only two hours after the call. Third, he explained all the possibilities and what each would cost before he arrived. Lastly, when he arrived he got the work done very quickly and it was at a minimal cost. His honesty and efficiency was obvious and his ability to communicate was very much appreciated.

Tom called me within 5 minutes of placing my inquiry. He showed up on time the following day (Sunday). He showed and clearly explained the issue with our AC unit. It took my husband and I all of 2 minutes to decide he was the best man from the job. He repaired our unit within 48 hours (due to our scheduling conflicts not his). I cannot give enough compliments to him and his professional team. I instantly referred him to my parents, the same day he repaired our unit. Needless to say he got that job too. Tom did a excellent job. He was very honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need only the parts I needed. I will use him in the future for my air conditioning needs.

His first attempts were to diagnosis the problem and then he tried various work-arounds to eliminate some possibilities. He identified the problem and made the necessary repairs along with suggestions as to how to increase our ac's efficiency.
