Tom is a great guy and he's hands on with his business. He will tell it like it is. He initially just checked my AC and he tried to fix it. Didn't charge me when I told him we'd have to think about it when he and someone we asked to check before him told us that they'd have to replace it. Tom gave me the best price and had our AC fixed and replaced in a day. He gave us excellent warranty coverage too! Thanks Tom!

Can't go wrong here. The guy knows what he is doing and doesn't charge inflated prices. Was able to tell pretty much what was wrong with my central air unit by my description. Even had a refurbished back up unit, which I ended up purchasing, just in case he was unable to fix what I called him out for. Went through testing the unit and showed and explained everything he was doing. When all was said and done I got a refurbished unit for not much more than the repair would have been and it was more efficient.

My A/C stopped working on a Thursday. I called Tom on a Friday afternoon and he replaced my unit Saturday morning. Excellent service and pricing!

Tom came out very quickly and was reasonably priced. Based on my description of the issue, he brought the part that perhaps needed replacing and was correct.... thank you, Tom!

My furnace was not kicking on, I called the sticker that was on my furnace, most Likely the last company that had serviced it They gave me an outragous cost for a new igniter and some duct repair. He told me the part alone was $300 and the duct repair would be 3 hours and needed two guys. Also, if I did not use them they were going to charge me a $75 diagnostic fee. When I googled the igniter part I found it for no more than $50. I figured I better get another bid, so I found Tom on Home Advisor. Gave him a call on the Saturday before Easter and he was there Monday morning, he charged me a 3rd of what the other guy was asking and got it done by himself in under and hour. I Appreciated his honesty, work and would recommend him and his services.

tom came in and replaced the existing furnace with a goodman unit. he did a very good job. he quoted me a price over the phone after I told him what kind of furnace I had. his price was a lot more reasonable than the other quotes. he was on the job the next day on time. no bs. it was getting very cold when my heater went out and I was glad that he did the job on time. the heater works great. my family is nice and warm.

What a wonderful man. My AC went out on the Saturday night on the Labor Day holiday weekend, and he contacted me right away. He made arrangements to come over on the Monday morning that Labor Day, and I was able to have cool air that day. I couldn't have imagined a better outcome.

Tom Heating and Air did a wonderful job repairing my Air Conditioning unit, I had to get a new one but Tom gave me an excellent price and the unit is working great. He responded to my call very quick especially with the hottest days of the year a few weeks ago. I would recommend Tom Heating and Air if you are experiencing any problems with your air conditioning unit great company to hire really great!

My air conditioner went out after hours and Tom was here within the hour. He found the part that was not working, fixed it in minutes. And air conditioner was working in minutes. The price was great too.

I had hired a plumber to service my 3-ton ac unit only three weeks ago. I was billed for cleaning of the coils, 5lbs of freon, and dissolving years of dog urine and hair from the outside unit. We still had NO air flow, and it took almost a day and a half to cool our house down only 5 degrees. With temperatures rising to triple digits and my brother, whom lives with me, having health issues that require his temperature stay steady, I called Toms out of desperation. Tom and his assistant were here in only an hours time, and found that the last guys did NOT clean my coils at all, didn't comb the fins at all, overcharged my freon so much that if I had continued to run my ac as we had been, there was a HIGH likelihood of my unit exploding. Tom fixed EVERYTHING, bled off over a pound and a half of freon, explained everything down to the t. I would recommend Toms to anyone!!!

Tom was fabulous and really did some troubleshooting to try and figure out the problem...which he did! His price was very reasonable and he's a very friendly guy, I'd recommend him in the future and will call him again with any issues!

Very fast response time. The problem with the unit was detected right away. Ryan replaced the defected part and now my ac is running beautifully. The cost was half of what I expected it to be. Excellent job.
