Tom was on time, polite and gave us great service. It turned out to be an easy repair. Tom did not try to upcharge us for unneeded repairs or parts. Highly recommended

I was very grateful for Tom's honesty in giving me options for what I needed to get done. I was also very impressed with how well he explained the way central A/C works so I would have a better understanding of what I needed and what product I was purchasing.

Tom responded within an hour of talking with him. He was familiar with the make and model of the air handler, arrived with tools and a helper the next day, within 30 min. had the defective unit out and pointed out the motor was good he adjusted the squirrel cage and tested the system to assure it worked well. The cost of repair was 1/4 of the cost of replacing the motor. Thanks Tom

Tom was very thorough from start to finish and let me know even over the phone what price points I could possibly be looking at based on my description of the problem. He had a great turn around time for repairs.

Five Starts: Tom provided outstanding and professional service however, what I like best was the education he provided during the inspection of my system. This inspection saved me a lot of money. Tom explained that I did not need to service my system at this time. Additionally he let me know that I would need to have my AC coil looked at before the summer after educating. I will be called to in April 2019 I look forward to having Tom service my system.

Tom is the type of service provider I look for--he is straight forward, thinks about expense to homeowner and does provide options if any exist to correct issue. I would certainly use him again in the future.

Tom was very direct and conscientious in dealing with my needs. Preparing for a Sat. open house, I franticly called him at 9:00 the night before complaining that my AC was not working. Tom came out the next morning to fix the problem. He seems to be very skilled at his trade.

I rarly rate anyone this high, but it's 105 out, the AC died after running about 10 minuts. When I called him he was here within 20 min and had it fixed in about another 20, and at a reasonable price.
