Tom made the necessary repairs promptly. He was courteous on the phone and took the time to answer my questions. I will hire him again when the need arises.

Tom was informative and direct. I was told each step in fact I was ask to come out and see exactly what was being done . If I had the look on my face of not really understanding what I was told information was repeated. I was happy with the service provided.

Tom was great to work with for my project of moving and reinstalling my air conditioning units, and he laid my gas line too. He was honest and quick. Also he takes credit card which I though was a nice benefit. He provided suggestions and his knowledge goes beyond air conditions- he knowledge on landscaping.

I spoke to Tom this morning and he came out right after attending a funeral for a friends mother. He called to let me know he was in route and arrived on time. He brought the part that he thought was the problem and showed me how it looks when the part fails, then he took my part out and it was an exact match! The motor capacitor was quickly replaced and I now have a functioning central air conditioner! I really appreciate Tom's prompt response and repair service and highly recommend T N T Air and Plumming!

Called TNT to replace an old AC. Tom gave a pretty descent quote. Takes the time to explain everything before he does anything. I have no idea what he is talking about sometime but for the most part, I am sure he wasn't pulling my leg. Took a day to order the AC and put it in the next day. AC worked for a couple of days and then stopped working. He cutted his vacation short and came back to fix it. If the AC continues to work well, I will hire him for another house. Called a couple of other AC companies. Totally lazy ass! They did not want to diagnose. Just want to replace new. Easier for them. That is where they make the money.

Satisfied overall. Happy to have air now!

Tom W was a very diligent, prompt professional. Our need for a working air conditioning system was immediate because of the high temperatures. He came quickly, replaced our unit the same day, took everything old away, and then did several follow up calls, unsolicited. While we did need some additional help the following day, he again responded immediately. That means a lot, because we know he was working with many other customers at the same time. We are extremely happy with his customer service and pricing.

My request for service came late in the day-after 4:00. I mentioned unit was rooftop of our commercial building, in spite of record setting heat wave 100+ Tom came out in less than an hour and fixed within an hour. In this day this type of service is rare even though their business is mostly residentially driven. Our final Bill came in less than quoted price, we have yet to see an invoice. Plain and simple awesome service!

TNT professionals came quickly, found problems immediately. After replacing one bad parts, my central A/C can cool my home again in over 100 F hot summer. The only charge is the parts cost. They are excellent professionals.

The service was prompt, the issues were explained in detail and the problems were solved. The AC had failed in 90 degree weather so the quick resolution was greatly appreciated.

Called Tom in the morning, got appt. in the afternoon, arrived on time (5:30 pm, during rush hour), diagnosed problem, explained how to fix and what it would cost, fixed problem and tested . Won�t sell you anything you don�t need, very straightforward, everything laid out on the table and very reasonable. Appreciate very much the time and patience spent explaining things to me, even though my old A/C unit only needed Freon. This kind of excellent service is very RARE; a refreshing and very pleasant experience. Also asked for estimate for some future work, promptly got it in email and even got little line thanking me for my business - ! Will not hesitate to do repeat business and recommend to friends and family.
