Their work was better than I could ever imagine. Serviced big bear area. Also installed ceiling fan outlets and ceiling lighting before applying skim coat. Looks better than new.

I would use them again.

There was more damage to my walls than expected.

The application looks good but their tape pulled the existing acoustic off the walls, off the ceiling around the kitchen, and around the ceiling fans. There was also an acoustic on the hallway wall dripping down it.

Great jobs guys !!! Showed up on time !!! Covered house with plastic even the outside areas. Did the job cleaned up all popcorn left and vacuumed and they where done before I knew it. Nice group of men very pleasant and polite to be in my home. Thank you Don’s ceiling & walls

I got insulted from HomeAdvisor recommended service , use the one I had before to compare the price, quality and good professional manner what a difference it made.

I found having the ceilings cleared of acoustic the cost of painting was a lot more affordable.

He stated that the next time he will have his crew prepare the place before informing the customer that it is not what they expected.

We wanted our walls redone also but they failed to communicate with us finally telling us they were too busy. That part wasnâ t business like. The acoustic job was good though.

He did the job on time & quality is moderate. The price came out high from phone quotation.

i was not able to be there when they were removing the popcorn ceiling and then texture the ceilings. I found they could work independently!

Workers were professional, clean, and pleasant. However, my initial over the phone consultation with owner was a disaster. We discussed how my ceilings were plaster, not drywall, and how it would cost more due to having to put drywall mud over it after scrapping. . He quoted $2000 and sent a contract, which mentions drywall. I just thought that meant what we discussed on the phone. When the workers arrived that week, they said it would be more money and they weren?t prepared to do the job because it was plaster. Long story short, $500 more?.oh?dis I meant ion that closests are not part of a headroom? That?s extra too!!!! $65 each please. Just be prepared to deal with the unexpected ?extras ?. Don and I yelled at each other for a while on the phone .. in the end, magically they pulled the materials they needed out of their truck, ? the ones they didn?t have? and got the job done in two hrs. I felt like I got rolled for an extra $500.

The process was much faster than I had anticipated. The cleanup was good. They were easily done in a day. I do wish they had left the can lights in place and just topped them down.

They did a good job on removing the popcorn ceilings but because they were in such a rush their prep and clean-up were not done well. Left a big mess behind, including all of our brand new ductwork filled with texture spray.
