Over an hour late to arrive and no advance call they would be late. Despite confirming, they would return the next day to reattach the light fixture plates, clean up and remove the material left on my walls and light fixtures, no one showed up or phoned and I wasted a morning waiting. I sent Don an email the day of the project and then next day. It is now 2 days post work and still no reply from Don to my emails, nor has any employee shown up. My floors have a film all over them. There is material left on the walls and light fixtures. The walls and floor were taped off with plastic. However, when removing the tape, they removed paint from the walls and never said anything. After removing the protective plastic, the workers walked all throughout the house with their dirty work shoes and clothes on, dropping more bits and pieces all over the house. No booties like most companies use? Clean up was very poor. Extremely disappointed in what I thought was a professional company priding itself on quality work.

They were on time and when they left everything was cleaned up. I recommend them and would use them again.

I loved the team that came out to do the work. My only concern was that I was told it would be a 1 day job to scrape and finish the ceilings, then another 1 day job to paint. The ceilings job was 2 FULL days, and my floors are still filthy. I understand some mess is to be expected, but all of my floors are smeared in a white film. There was a communication issue on the second day, and I was concerned no one was coming to finish the job but they made it and all was well. The paint crew was great, too. I am very happy overall, and when the lights we installed, they sent a guy out again to re-texturize our walls (house built 1976) and they match perfectly, no additional charge. I would recommend Don's. I gave less than 5 stars simply for the lack of communication on the second day of the job which left me frazzled. But I would hire them again if I had another job. All the team members were friendly, professional, and courteous. They were very communicative onsite and kept us updated on their progress. The price was right in line with other companies we spoke to, and I felt this was a good deal for price we paid.

This was by nature a very, very messy job. I really have no complaints. Minor cleanup will be necessary, but I expected it. All in all, I am happy with a job I have wanted done for a long time.

The crew was super attentive and did an amazing job. The wife is beyond happy with the job they did. Just moved into our home / neighborhood and neighbors all love the look and have asked for their info and I gladly recommended them.

They did a good job with a few exceptions. They did not remove wallpaper where they cut holes to route wires, and then they put mud on top of the wallpaper. I had to fix that before I could paint. Clean up was not very thorough, either. But overall, they were quick and did an otherwise good job.

I wish I could give more than five stars for the value for money. Best investment I've made in the house. I could not have asked for a more prompt, professional and reasonable priced contractor. Victor and the 3 Mikes were friendly, professional, arrived on time, went right to work. I requested the Venetian plaster finish for my ceiling and they are gorgeous! I highly recommend Don's Ceilings and Walls for anyone wanting to update from their popcorn ceilings to a beautiful new finish

Danny and Nick were on time, real nice guys that did a fantastic job removing all the popcorn from my ceiling AND added recessed lightening!! I love it! The job was quicker than I thought, but they are very efficient. They left NO mess behind. In fact, it looks cleaner than when they started. I highly recommend Don’s Ceilings & Walls, Inc.

Don's ceilings and Walls was the only company available for such a small job. (taking popcorn off the ceiling of one very small bedroom). I had no way of comparing his pricing but was happy to find someone to do the work. There was a mix up on the original date set so I had to drive over to Highland twice as he couldn't make the first date we had arranged. The young man who did the work was very pleasant. He was careful about covering floors etc and cleaning up when he was finished.

Don s Ceilings staff greeted us with professionalism, introduced the team working for us and explained each process. The work they did was very professional and we are xtremely satisfied with the completed job. The best part was this project didn t go on for days and they all were good about picking up debris from the project...they didn t leave behind a mess. I highly recommend them for fast, quality work.

Plan on hiring a painter after they are done removing your old ceiling material. My case I had the popcorn removed and retextured. But now I need to bring in a painting crew to repaint.
