The services of popcorn ceiling removal, texturing the ceiling, installing recessed lights and painting the ceilings were completed over three days. I was very happy with the work all parties did. They seemed to take pride in their work and cleaned up well when they were finished. The lights were installed evenly and they patched up preexisting holes great. The painter took the time to caulk the edges of the wall. I was very happy with both teams. They did a good job with communication and let me know when the work would be finished. I would definitely recommend them.

He had a really poor attitude and wouldn't take responsibility for anything, I didn't really like him or his crew, Customer service is everything to me and he forgot my appointment, then was rude about everything. He came of as arrogant, and couldn't admit when he was wrong.

Well. The service was excellent and my ceiling looks great...my only issue is when the gentleman came to do the work I was charged an extra $500,something about the ceiling being ?Wavy?. I was disappointed in this because I asked to have the ceiling looked at before anything and I was given an excuse of ?I can?t drive around and give estimates,that?s why I give the price I give with the amount of room information I?m given.? So I booked and 3 weeks later I had to pay an extra $500,It cut into the budget of other projects I have going on.

Make sure you have all details upfront. Promises do not match delivery. The owner is great at first, then arrogant afterward. Narcissist. Excuses rather than correcting. He and the job leader both told me all I would have to do is paint when they were finished. Not true. Corners (between ceiling and walls) all require to touch up, patching, caulking, sanding prior to painting. They leave all ceiling fixtures (smoke alarms, lights, and vents hanging from the ceiling). There were blobs of mud on my wood counters left to dry. Don would not accept responsibility for any and only makes excuses while telling me *he bent over backward for me*. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY - SHOP AROUND. I have had other ceiling experts look at my job since Dons work. They could not believe the way they left it. I wish I could post photos here. They have reached out to me after I told them I was filing a dispute with the credit card company and Donald threatened to put a lien on my house.

After they completed the job, my home looks beautiful. Very please with Don's Ceiling's crew, very professional.

Came earlier than was told, left earlier ran told, seems to have rushed the job to me. I had to clean the carpet as they spilled white blog of something on the carpet and put the furniture over it, spilled water in one room and it took 4 days to dry, residue on the walls, pictures, bedding, and I had to clean it all up. Even left some tape on the walls and the tape even took off some wall paint. We were missing a photograph that was stacked with others, candle holder and a micro cloth. Was told they looked for them but never found them. Before painting the ceiling the edges need cleaning up as there is popcorn that Is still present. Sorry to say, but very disappointed.

This company did a very good work. They should be informed to clean the drywall work area before asking for the check and exiting. The technical just exited where he worked without sweeping off the crumbs left from work.

After having my popcorn ceiling removed because they are ulgy looking but also having asbestos, Dons company finished my plaster ceilings with a Venetian Finished. Came out nice!
