The first jobs went well. Work went well. Without notice or reason the contractor became very flakey. After numerous calls, and promises to call me back then contractor stopped returning calls and stopped answering the phone.

Very professional. Punctual, polite, efficient removal of the patio and excellent clean up.

Dan never got back to me with a quote on all the handyman items I requested when we did the walk thru. He never ordered the closet doors we agreed on that he would order. He never got back with me on status. Dan did nothing after the initial walk thru. He just acted like he was going to do the job, and dropped me, never getting back with me or just saying "Sorry, I can't do your handyman work". I would not recommend Stegall and Sons as they were not responsive in my case, and did nothing, never contacting me back.

These guys are great. Dan went above and beyond on both projects. The motor on the new fan was bad. Dan called the manufacturer, got a new motor and replaced it for no additional charge. When it came to the closet doors, Dan picked up the doors, installed them perfectly, and took away the trash, old doors included. Excellent job. Highly, highly recommend.

Could not help me with flooring but he was professional !

Dan and his son were absolutely wonderful! Dan quoted me a price for the installation that was less than half what others (including Sears from whom I bought the appliances) quoted me. He even disposed of our old products and, when the hood was the wrong one, he showed me one on the Home Depot site that saved me $200! Prompt, trustworthy, honest.. I can't say enough to recommend him!

Didn't have to! Talked with Dan and he walked me through how to reset the device over the phone, saving me probably $300 in total. He could have easily done the work of replacing it without telling me the trick to reset it. That's really great he did that - will be using him when I really need him! Thanks.

The details other than the excellent workmanship, his pricing is very fair almost to a point of undercharging in my opinion. He was on time and accepted phone calls any time day or night and on weekends. He is very dedicated to doing the work perfectly. This is why in my opinion he should receive an A+ RATING. I would highly recommend him for any work you need done.

We have moved out of the area, but wish we were still nearby to use him again for other stuff we need!

THE EMPLOYEES DID THIS WORK IN TWO PARTS. THE FIRST PART, THE ROOF FASCIA, WAS DONE BEAUTIFULLY. i FELT BAD FOR THE WORKERS BECAUSE IT WAS HOT and Mr.S would drop them off in the morning with little waters come back for lunch drop them off and come back at 5 is.NO, THE SECOND JOB WAS AND IS BAD. HE NEVER CAME ON TIME, DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES, BAD BAD REPAIR AND PAINT JOB. . HE ALSO LEFT THE OLD INSULATION ON THE DIRT CURB TO COME PICK IT UP AT A LATER TIME AND NEVER DID. WE CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES BUT HE DIDN'T RETURN OUR CALLS

He is a good guy but I think that he is overwhelmed. He hasn't called me. I need to get a hold of him and get him out here to finish it. I think his prices are reasonable. He did everything the same day.

He was very punctual. That was the only positive. One of the posts is not plumb and nowhere do the new joists or the posts support the roof. The joist hangers are attached with only 2 screws on the wall side of the garage. I am very unhappy with the lack of care given to my small project.

He showed up on time and he did an excellent work. We were pleased with the service.

I contacted Dan via your website initially. He responded and gave me his cell so we could talk and schedule an appointment (661-313-8142). I called and spoke briefly with him end of November. He said he was on the road heading home but would call back and didn't. I left a follow up text message December 5. He responded and made an appointment with me for today January 2, 2015 at 9AM. He didn't call to confirm and didn't show. I hate to leave a poor rating as he seemed sincere and willing to do the job, and I was looking forward to having the work done. I'll have to find someone else.

This is my second time using the services of Stegall & Sons and each time they were WONDERFUL. They were professional, thoughtful, kind, personable and did an excellent job. Removed all the boxes and went the extra mile to make this customer HAPPY! The 1st time was December/January and he and his son assembled a television stand and mounted the TV. Excellent job, professional 100% through and through!

The process went smooth. He picked up the door my wife and I picked out at Home Depot, arrived on time, and completed the work. The door looks great and we are very satisfied.

He did really great work and he was responsive. It took a few times to track him down but once you have him, it would be great. He was very good. The price and also the work he did were really fantastic. He was really responsive at first but he went on time.

Dan was fantastic! I I've never taken the time to write a review nor have I ever been so enthusiastically pleased with a service or repair professional. Dan responded to my initial phone inquiry in a timely manner, quoted me a very reasonable price for some plumbing services, followed up the next day as agreed and arrived on time for his appointment. The job took twice as long as expected because the replacement faucet was larger than the previous one, they had to run to Lowe's to get a part needed to tie the new faucet plumbing into my reverse osmosis system, an additional task I had not anticipated nor told him about, and they did this all for the originally quoted price plus $7 for the additional part. Dan and his associate did a great job. They are very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. I would recommend Dan without hesitation and they are my "go to" team for anything I can't do myself. -Robert

Dan has good communication skills. He arrived on time and did the installation within the specified time. Did a clean job. Was able to accommodate an early morning appt. Has a military family. Bless them.
