My neighbor was using this company for exterior security improvements, and I agreed to share with her the cost of replacing our mutual wooden fence. I was amazingly impressed by the care they took in this work. They came up against a huge concrete foundation of what had at some point obviously been a masonry wall. It took days to jackhammer out this old foundation, and I'm sure there was no anticipation of this stumbling block when the job was started and priced out to us. The crew was methodical and hardworking and extremely good natured about how this job had grown in scale. Nothing was rushed and every aspect of the finished construction exceeded my expectations. As this fence work was going on, I mentioned that I had been working at restoring and painting the very neglected wood trim on my house. The wood had not been painted in ten years, and I had managed to do all the painting on the lower storey myself, but really needed to have professionals paint the upper storey which included five windows, two of them dormers with shutters, as well as the extensive underhand of the roofline for my whole house and two car garage. This woodwork was in really bad shape! I also needed a new gutter system, and had 40' of fascia that had been removed due to rotting problems, so all of this needed to be replaced and painted as well. I expected this work to cost more than this company charged me, given the time and care they take doing their work. Everything was scraped and primed and painted, and then touched up some more. The crew was highly skilled, attentive and friendly. The work was completed on schedule, and when I mentioned dicovering an area of rot on a window frame on the ground floor, that woodwork was replaced and repainted for me at no additional cost as a favor. These people are just great! They are superb craftsmen and problem solvers and finish things up beautifully and are a pleasure to have at your home
