I had my heater and evaporator cooler serviced today by Rick Caron. He was extremely knowledgeable about what I needed. Shared some good advice and was a very courteous tech. I would request him in any future needs.

A simple fix on our A/C turned into a high pressure sales pitch. They claimed our A/C needed an $800 repair and when they looked at our heater, they disabled it, claiming it was leaking carbon dioxide. They did not test the heater properly. Rowland gave us an estimate of $8000 because now our whole system needed replacing. We asked them to come and hook our heater back up so we could test it properly and they refused. They also stick a few stickers in obvious places (we felt tagged). Valencia Air came out, fixed our A/C for $150. They also hooked up and tested our heater for free. Our heater was fine!!! We would never recommend Rowland Air to anyone.

A previous company we'd let in via a telemarketing cold call for duct cleaning work apparently cut out vents after I declined using their service and we had a major issue w/heat not working and gas smell. These guys were very professional and said none of the stuff the others said was required to be done and only repairing the vandalism which they gave us a fair price. Very impressed and will probably never hire someone outside of Angie's list.

our 2 year air conditioning was not working correctly. the party who put a new one in came out 2 times and said they could not find anything wrong so i called this company (just looked at local reviews) they came out promptly and our serviceman knew exactly what the problems were. his name was rick caron and he explained everything he was doing, found the problems and did the repairs then checked a few other things just to make sure we would not have more problems.

Rick C. was great. He was honest and clear. Our heat went out, and he hurried right over! He could have told us anything, but he didnt up-sell us at all. He put in a new ignition switch to the heater, showed us the blown out one, and cleaned the filter without our even asking. He showed us some ways to save money in the future, as well.

It was perfect from product evaluation to contract to installation. They did everything correctly and on time. I spent over 40 years working with contractors and these guys rank among the best.

Rowland was excellent. Every employee I associated with was professional, friendly and efficient. After a furnace "checkup" of an old furnace, it was recommended we repair or replace our 24-year old original furnace. The service tech explained the repair and replace options and was very thorough and not "hard sell." I think they did a great job making sure I understood the issues and possible options. While replacing a furnace is never inexpensive, I feel the price was fair for the Lenox unit we purchased. The tech as well as installation crew were on time and they called before arriving (a few minutes early). The overall experience was excellent and we would work with Rowland again for A/C or heating needs.

They are the AC people I always call. Their prices are reasonable, they show up on time and always do a good job. Very nice, friendly people....

Rik Caron, our technician, diagnosed all the existing problems with our heating system and addressed them, plus putting a new cap on the vent pipe on the roof to correct a long-standing problem there with water leakage. He works clean, fast and efficient and is a very nice guy on top of it. I recommend Rowland, and especially Rik, without reservation.

It went great. The tech diagnosed the problem, ruled out other problems, replaced the old thermostat with a new, state of the art model, cleaned and regulated the blower, etc.

Later that day, Lindsay, (owners daughter) emailed me back. She said she was not in the office and asked if I would hold off the review until Monday morning when she would call & get Rick's manager to sit in on our conversation. I said okay. Later that day Mike, Rick's manager called after my husband & I had gone out for the evening. Rick asked that I call him back & if we missed one another, he would call me the next morning. Rick never called. On Tuesday, Lindsay sent me another email saying that Rick told her he had called me "several" times and I did not return his call. That lie further annoyed me! I sent my reply to Lindsay saying that he most certainly had not called me several times, and that he was bold face lying. He called me a short time later and justified Rick's every move. He said Rick is required to write up everything he sees and furthermore takes pictures to justify it. I reassured Mike that we are DONE with Rowland Air because of their policy he just quoted me. So, watch your wallets. Although the initial work they did for us (install a new swamp cooler) was very good, it is clear that after they set the hook, then they continue to reel in the fish! It is also clear to me that their men are on commission and therefore required to write invoices regardless of how ligitamit they are!

Rowland Air was great! The office called 30 min before the technician got to my home and was very punctual. Kenny the technician let me stand over his shoulder as he explained what he was doing and why certain issues will have to be fixed in the future. As a new home owner my curiosity can be a pain in the a** to technicians but Kenny was a pleasure. He answered all my questions and never made me feel pressured to have unneeded services. At the end of the service Kenny gave me an invoice for work that might have to be done in the future and gave me an option to have it done now or at a later time. He reassured me that the systems were running great and that whatever needed to be done was a few minor code issues. Overall I am very happy with the service and would gladly recommend Rowland Air Inc.

The provider was fast efficient and thorough. The provider worked with me and identified needed work I did not see before. He promptly put me on the schedule to correct the needed work at a reasonable cost.

Perfectly. They came by the next day and made repairs. They have a one-year warranty so if it breaks again they will credit me what Ive already paid for any additional work.

First off I have never written a review before. Well this has been the hottest weekend of the year in Canyon Country and my air unfortunately started making funny noises and started shaking. I had to shut it off in 114 degree weather. My family and I were miserable. I called Rowland Air to come look at the problem. Larry the owner and his son came to do the job. They were really professional and pleasant. I couln't have asked for more. It turns out that my problem was actually something very minor. They could have ripped me off big time. You know all the horror stories. It makes people like me afraid to call companies and try to find somebody we know. Well he fixed the problem really fast and only charged me the minimum service call price. I am very happy I have found somebody I can rely on now and the future. Tell your friends they are a company you can trust! Thanks again!

I bought a maintenance service from Rowland Air from a coupon special. They sent out there technician Kenny. Kenny was fantastic and a please to speak with. He was obviously very knowledgeable and help point me in the right direction and was up front about any costs. I would highly recommend Rowland Air and ask for Kenny!

I received two other bids, Picked Rowland, and was happy. The system works perfectly! They always return my phone calls within 5-10 minutes if I leave a message, and they're always on time (boy, did I appreciate that!). They knew what they were talking about, communicated it to me efficiently, did their work promptly, and cleaned up any residue materials after they were finished working.Yes, without a doubt. I don't feel like I need to call another Heating and Air Cond. Service after my very pleasant experiences with Eric and his crew.

They were very professional. They did what they said, and they’re priced competitively. They’ve always shown up on time. They’ve come out several times to adjust the a/c to make sure it was perfect for us without any hesitation!
