+ -1 moreJ & M was recommended by a friend almost ten years ago. Since then, every year during the Holidays, I have called Jim in to clean my berber carpet. He and his co-worker always do a great job. They're independently owned, and therefore don't pull a bait and switch with phony coupon prices the way many large companies do. Their cleaning equipment is state of the art; plus they're big on getting the cleaning solution out completely, which attracts much less dirt, so the carpet stays clean MUCH longer, making it easy to spot-clean spills, etc. in between. The method they use also dries quickly, which is another great plus.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet on staircase and on soiled and other high traffic exposed areas in my small condo.

+ -1 moreHE WAS VERY POLITE AND PUNCTUAL. DID NOT RUSH CLEANING THE CARPET. MADE SURE HE HAD DONE ALL THE SOILED SPOTS. CLEANED THE CARPET THOROUGHLY. RAKED THE CARPET TO BRING UP THE FIBERS.
Description of Work: CAME AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE. WHEN DOING THE JOB. HE PRE-TREATED THE SOILED SPOTS AND THE CLEANED THE CARPET TILL HE WAS SATISFIED.

+ -1 moreI HAVE USED JIM'S CARPET CARE BEFORE, AND HE'S ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO HAVE WORKING IN MY HOUSE. HE'S PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND DOES A VERY FINE JOB. HE KEEPS HIS EQUIPMENT UP TO DATE, AND IS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT NOT DAMAGING FURNITURE OR HARDWOOD FLOORS WITH WATER.
Description of Work: I PAID TO HAVE THE CARPET CLEANED IN OUR HOUSE, WHICH INCLUDED THE MASTER SUITE, INCLUDING A WALK-IN CLOSET, THE STAIRS, HALLWAY, AND THE GUEST ROOM. HE STEAM CLEANED.
