 + -1 moreTHE INSTALLERS WERE GREAT! HE EVEN GAVE ME FREE ADVICE ON PROTECTING THEM. BUT AGAIN, THE PROCESS WAS LENGHTY AND ANNOYING. IT TOOK SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND VISITS TO THE STORE, LONG WAITS IN LINE, ETC.
Description of Work: I HAD NEW BEDROOM CLOSET DOORS INSTALLED. THE OLD ONES BROKE, SO I UPGRADED AND BOUGHT NICER ONES FOR ABOUT THIRTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS.

Description of Work: NEW KITCHEN COUNTERTOPS WERE MEASURED AND INSTALLED, AND A NEW SINK INSTALLED. COUNTERTOPS WERE MARKED DOWN, BUT STILL COST 1200 DOLLARS, EVEN IN MY TINY KITCHEN.

Description of Work: THEY EXPANDED A DOOR JAM. IN OTHER WORDS, THEY REPLACED A SLIDING GLASS DOOR WITH A FRENCH DOOR AND THEY REPLACED THE MOLDING AROUND THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR.

 + -1 moreTHE HARDWOOD WAS ORDERED THROUGH HOME DEPOT. THEY SAID IT WAS IN STOCK, WHICH IT WASN'T. THEY ABSOLUTELY LIED TO ME. THEY TOOK THEIR SWEET TIME. THEY ALSO NEVER GAVE A COURTESY CALL TO TELL ME THIS. ONCE THE INSTALLERS GOT HERE, THEY MEASURED WRONG. BY THE TIME THEY GOT TO MY KITCHEN THEY RAN OUT OF MATERIALS. IT TOOK ANOTHER 6 WEEKS JUST TO GET THE MATERIALS.

 + -1 moreWE WERE HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF OUR BLINDS. WE HAD TO WAIT LONGER THAN THEY SAID, AND WHEN THE BLINDS DID ARRIVE THEY WERE NOT ALL THERE. TWO OF THE WINDOWS WERE THE WRONG SIZE, BUT THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEMS RIGHT AWAY.
