+ -1 moreTHERE PROCESS IS GREAT, A WHAT A NICE CLEAN JOB. THEY DO GREAT. THE CARPET DRIES QUICKLY, AND STAYS CLEAN FOR SEVERAL MONTHS WITH NORMAL DAILY USE. THEY ARE PROMPT, POLITE, AND HELPFUL.
