i was referred to them by a worker at a sewer cleaning company. my sewer line kept getting clogged with roots and it was time to correct the situation. he came out on time and correctly assessed--for $250.--that i needed to replace or reline my sewer line. he gave me a bid of $17,750.00 to do a trenchless repair. he said most places would charge over 20k but he was giving me a deal and tried pretty hard to get me to commit on the spot. i contacted a large sewer repair company in santa monica and they gave me a bid of $12,000 to do the same job. they were very professional--although it took a while for them to get me the bid--and completed the job pretty much on time. he seemed like a nice guy and may have done a good job but his bid was either outrageous or i got a very good deal elsewhere. in any event, it's a good lesson to shop on a major job, even if it costs an extra $250. for an inspection.

He got here promptly, was courteous, performed his work quickly, and charged way under what we paid last time to another plumber.
