They are a good, reliable company. I've been using them for about 5 years. I recently asked them to change my service because of my budget and they worked with me on that. They were very cooperative.

Everything is excellent so far. They were responsive, out the next day for the work, and they pick up there traps immediately. They even followed up after the service. I am going to continue with annual contracts with this company. This was the company I ultimately called in when Orkin was a no show and maybe its reluctance to hire a local company when a national company has a good reputation, but they ended up offering superior customer service. They performed exactly what I needed.

We had a skunk spray under our house and thought the skunk was still under there making a nest. Called Zenith and made an appointment to have someone come out and take a look. The guy showed up on time and was VERY profesional. He explained everything they did and would not do in detail. So after I learned that no company would send a guy under the house without it costing a small fortune we agreed to let him set a trap outside the hole we thought the skunk went in. After 28 days, 2 cats and 1 possuim we caught the skunk. It was great. After each time we caught something we would call and they came out within a few hours and reset and baited the trap. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks for solving a real problem and being honest about the process.

They come every six weeks. The person we love is Dan. He is sensational. They also do rat removal. Dan hears what the problem is and takes care of it. He sees things that we didn't even know about.

Juan checked my fireplace for an odor and climbed onto the roof. Two huge owls flew out of the chimney. They had made a nest there. Juan removed the nest, sprayed the area and sealed the chimney.

I just looked them on Angie's List and called them. They pretty much, even though the house is not closed up to the element completely and the families living in it, we've got ongoing structural problem, they have been able to completely eradicate our rat problem. Firstly, we were on a two times a week, they were doing trapping and now we are down to one and I don't think they've got any rat in two months. When I first called, I called because I needed to start that day and they came out the same day. They explained what they can do for us until the house was closed up and once the house is completely closed up what they can do for us to keep vermin out of the crawlspace which we haven't been able to go to step two yet. He explained his program, recommended once a week but because the owner was understandably upset about finding rats in her house I pushed for twice a week. They were more than happy to accommodate me, it was like $600 a month but I said $600 a month was worth the piece of mind to know that rats were being caught. They have been great; as I said they came twice a week for the first month and then they called me and said "we're not really catching anything so we recommend that we go once a week" unless there is another problem that comes up. They actually were the once who dropped down the service because they said, after the first month, that it would be a waste of money. So, we went once a week and they come and leave a note every time they are there to let us know whether they have caught anything in the trap. They are all A's. The first month we spend $600 dollars and since then I believe it is $295 a month. We are on a regular maintenance contract with them now.

Called early in the morning after discovering the wasps. Since this was very urgent-- I did not shop around for other estimates. Dave quoted me a price and I agreed to it. By noon an exterminator came by and took care of it. He was very thorough and explained exactly what he did. Since he saw that I had children-- he warned us to stay indoors for the next few hours while the spray did its job. I got a 30 day guarantee...and a very clear explanation on what to do if I ever had any problems again.

I have been using Zenith since 1989 and they are great. They have actually moved with us three times over the years. They have an agricultural license for spraying large areas outside. I actually have this done every month and this time was just like the last time. It was done right and I have no problems. We do have a lot of outside so the price may seem high to you, but it is fair to us. Also, if I have a recurrence, they will come by and take care of it for me. I could not ask for better service.

ZENITH HAS ALWAYS BEEN RELIABLE AND MY FAMILY HAS USED ZENITH FOR MANY MANY YEARS. WHENEVER WE HAD ANTS INSIDE THE HOUSE OR OUT THEY WERE ABLE TO COME PRETTY SOON AFTER WE CALLED. I DID FEEL THE PIGEON THING WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE BUT I HAD NOTHING TO COMPARE IT TO.

THEY TOOK THE BEE HIVE DOWN VERY EASILY, AND VERY QUICKLY. THEY DID IT WITH EASE, AND TOOK NO TIME TO TAKE IT DOWN. THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED QUICKLY AND FAST.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK CARE OF THE JOB. I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH WHAT THEY DID AND WAS CONFIDENT, BECAUSE YOU CAN IMAGINE THAT HAVING BEES IS A LITTLE SCARY, ESPECIALLY IN YOUR WALL. WE HAD OTHERS COME OUT BEFORE BUT THE BEES RETURNED AND WE HAD TO HAVE THEM COME BACK BECAUSE THERE WAS A SMELL AND AN ODOR BUT WITH THIS COMPANY EVERYTHING WAS FINE.
