+ 0 moreI called Bill and explained to him what I need. Bill showed up on time. He fixed the gate hinge in the side yard, check the ceiling fan installation and rebalanced it (I complained the fan wobbling during operation). Later he also help me troubleshoot some plumbing problem and provide some suggestion. He is very friendly and his rate is reasonable. I tried to call him for other jobs but it seemed his availability is limited. Hope he get back to business soon.

The outside outlet was a tricky job because the wiring needed to wrap around the house and could potentially have looked unsightly, but William was very welcoming of talking through the options and it turned out looking great. It did take a while, but considering the complexity of the work, that was expected. Overall, very pleased with the outcome.

+ 0 moreBill was excellent, called me back within a day of my first message to him, gave me a half-hour window in which to expect him on the day of service (so I didn't have to wait hours), was on-time, and worked diligently to do the job. To do this and quot;simpleand quot; job, he had to work inside our attic, attach a new electrical line, secure the camera mount to our porch and bring the wiring up and into the attic. It all went very well, and we would certainly hire him again.

Description of Work: I had recently purchased a house to rent out and it needed minor repairs which Bill did: re-caulk shower and tub, remove old tub enclosure and install new one, install new mailbox, install chimney spark arrester on roof, adjust closet doors, install door stops, install dryer vent, went under house to strap ducting. He started to sand/scrape fascia boards that needed to be primed and painted, but that was not his area of expertise so I hired a painter to do that. He is a very amiable guy and can do a lot of different things.

Description of Work: had power outage and dishwasher had a shrilling awful sound we could not stop. we have two dishwashers so we had him disconnect.--added new flex hose to other dishwasher. said he thought 1st dishwasher probably had a computer problem which he was not qualified to repair therefore we had him disconnect.

+ -1 moreBill has done various jobs for a house that I bought a few months ago, and when I need more work done he is the first person I call. Not only does he do good work, but he is pleasant to work with. No attitute, no cockiness, and he shows up on time. He can do just about anything, but if there is something he doesn't feel comfortable doing he will let you know. I would rather have someone be honest than to attempt a job and screw it up. All in all a great handy man and very fair too.
