+ -1 moreDavid has never let me down and has always fixed my issues. He also does not require payment upfront as AVG did and therefore I only pay when fixed. David's rates initially seem a little high but no more than other services I have tried to use and . . .he fixes the issues. David is very good and have used him a few times now.
Description of Work: I had a virus that was impacting the effectiveness of my AVG Virus Program. I originally went to AVG Secondary Support (provided by Sutherland) and they were unable to fix it. Unfortunately, I am struggling to get a refund from them per their guarantee even though the issue was not fixed. He removed a few trojan horses and was able to resolve the overall issue
