they started out great. Gave me a very high estimate but I was desperate as I have lovely tenants and I went through too many people trying to fix the leaks and decided to go full monty and replace a brand new roof ( with another company that was AWESOME -GEORGE PARKS) and do this as well and they showed up the first day and second and then for the last 3 weeks it's been cat and mouse. Sometimes they don't answer the phone, I can't get info on who owns this company and i told the water leak detective who recommended them that they've been completely unreliable and sketchy. I haven't paid them yet and have been out of town but will wait to see how things go before I do Would never hire them again because even once they finish this 3-4 day job that's taken 3 weeks and counting already, i don't know that the leak won't be worse with all the stuff they've done completely unsupervised and left nails and garbage all over the lawn where small kids play. NIGHTMARE I bought the new door and then he installed it and then told me I bought the wrong door!!!! I made them get a new one and told them they picked it up and should've made sure it was what i bought. Nothing seems like it's honest or on the up and up and alot of blame game. It's not been worth the time I've had to take in bugging them or the money because THEY ARE NOT CHEAP!!!
Description of Work: because of all the water leaks due to all the rain over the last season, I was referred to them to replace a door frame and stucco as well as waterproof a deck. My contractor warned me about doing this because he said all I needed to do was to caulk the stucco above the door well and it would be fine. Also was supposed to create a water drain system, whatever that means, by the front door.

It took over a week and multiple phone calls to these people for them to even send out an estimator (and this isn't supposed to be their busy season either!). I felt like they didn't want the job, and that should have been my signal to move on right then and there. They literally did not return a single phone call for a week - I had to keep hounding them. Then, once they did send an estimator, it took another week to receive the quote, again with me following up with them every couple of days. Towards the end, I talked to the guy on a Thursday night, and was promised the quote would be there by Friday morning. Then on Friday afternoon I called and was told they were working on it now and would have it to me by the end of the day. I confirmed my email address with them - the guy literally read it back to me. Still, nothing for the entire weekend. I finally called on Monday afternoon when I hadn't received anything that morning and was told that they didn't have my email address - total BS! They finally sent the quote on Monday night, and it was for $30,000, a ridiculous scamming amount, considering the actual work that would need to be done. I will never try to get their services again and I would definitely NOT recommend anyone else use them either.
Description of Work: They didn't actually perform any services, but their quote was for $30,000 to waterproof a garage. They were the recommendation of 911 Restoration, which is another company you should avoid like the plague, who had basically just torn out the entire garage and rebuilt it because of mold. These two companies were supposed to be working together, but the waterproofing people basically wanted to tear out the entire garage AGAIN and rebuild it from the ground up, when another company had told us that basically we just need to caulk really well around the pillars on the porch above the garage.

They're courteous in informing me so. I just don't know why Angies' list is listing them here as most homeowners have existing condition to deal with, unless a new addition is needed. Hmm...maybe that's why.
Description of Work: I called for waterproofing work on existing basement wall in a condo. I was told that they don't work on existing condition anymore, only new construction.
