T.N.L. Construction is our go-to home improvement company. Me and my wife were thinking of upgrading our kitchen back in September and got estimates from a few companies. Most were too high and we felt like they were trying to rip us off but Meir from T.N.L. Construction was a game-changer. Very friendly guy, actually lowered the price twice before we signed. Our kitchen looks better than we had expected and my wife and I are happier than ever. Thanks Meir!

We had some issues with our sink and our kitchen was overall old and outdated. Since we've moved into the house, we haven't done any remodeling so we thought this would be a good start. Meir and his partner brought a few samples and gave us a fair estimate. We decided to continue to shop around but eventually called Meir back because of the low price he gave us. We were extremely surprised at how fast the process was and we are happy at how new and improved our kitchen looks now! This includes cabinet, sink, counter top, highly recommended services :)

It was my wife's idea to remodel the bathroom and we went through several different companies and estimates. Raphael gave us a good feeling from the moment we met and was nice enough to drop a generous portion of the original price. He managed the entire project very professionally and his workers were kind and on time. My wife and I are very happy with how our bathroom looks today and will definitely use this company in the future. We've already recommended their service to a family member who happens to be just as impressed as we are!

2 words.... Smooth ride. I can't express enough truly how great of an experience this was. I have good experiences with previous contractors but not like this one with Meir. I didn't feel pressured into making decisions, he was willing to work with me on the price (because I wanted everything high end), and I was constantly updated with the status of the project. I highly recommend working with this company and Meir. Thank you again for your outstanding work.

my wife was nagging me for the last couple of years to upgrade the kitchen's look so that was my initial job we had a very pleasant meeting with tnl's manager meir. we went over our needs and wants and the budget of course the kitchen was very old (about 16 years) we a couple of idea's to keep it white and clean , and meir suggested to add some color accents and a different style for the kitchen cabinets. we loved the ideas , and my wife had to ask meir about our master bathroom , he came out with a great idea for it with a small budget. we had another meeting going through the details and the job started a week later. the work was done to our satisfaction , the employees were extremely nice , cleaning all the daily building materials along the way we decided to go with LED lights (saves money and good for the environment ) we picked new cabinets for the kitchen with meir's referral so we got a great deal on that and we were able to give the kitchen a bit more storage space because of the smart storage system we choose. we installed gfci outlets that we didn't had before, new appliances (stainless steel) ,ceramic counter tops and ceramic tile for the flooring. the color for accents was light mocha. the master bathroom was repainted with almond cream' color, the faucets were replaced , new shower curtain and accessories installed. new switches and laminated wood was installed on the floor. the rest of the house was painted Navaho white, we replaced most of the switches and outlets to newer ones. meir's team did a wonderful job and we even got it completed couple of days before. our place looks great and feels like the house we always wanted , we already recommended TNL construction to our friend. project ended 8/8/2014

I have contacted Meir from t.n.l. construction and from the first meeting he show knowledge and professionalism. Meir referred me to an architect and a structural engineer that t.n.l. works with I hired them and they also were very professional. After the design was complete and we pull the permit i negotiated with t.n.l I got tow other quotes that not only were higher also the contractors did not show the professionalism that t.n.l showed. We sign a contract and t.n.l started with the foundation than the rough and the final. They ordered the long lead time items ahead of time in order not to delay the job. Only in the last 2 weeks they demo the part that connect the addition with the existing house in order not to inconvenienced me. The addition look beautiful and an integral part of the house. T.N.L. were very professional and the kept the yard and the house clean. All inspections passed the first time we call for.

They arrived on time for the estimate which was different than the other contractors, and gave us the price,which was lower than the other estimates. They started the job promptly and while they were doing the construction they cleaned up the mess as they went ,that was a surprise.They finished when they promised .Upon completion they they took the time to show us the custom work that was done. Very professional. We will and do recommend them.

Meir and his team did a wonderful job! our kid's bathroom was the last bathroom to be taken care of , in the last couple of months prior to the renovation we had some plumbing and water flow issues. so we needed to take care of it ASAP! our idea was to catch 2 birds with one stone to repair the plumbing issues and to give our kid a new bathroom/bathtub. so once we agreed , we shopped around with our friends, we knew a good guy but we wanted to try another company for this project. so Meir the owner was introduced to us through a friend of a friend, we clicked almost immediately! they were so polite and nice we knew we are in good hands, we know it's not a big project but they reassured us that they are handling any size of projects with the same attention as we all set down with Meir and Rafi his partner and discussed what's needed , some idea's we had and some idea's Meir and Rafi shared from past projects. by the second meeting we all agreed on all the details and the project begun a week later. the construction team was very courteous and respectful to our house, furniture and us! they always made sure to contain the debris and remove each end of the day, the project took about 3 weeks from top to bottom. we are very happy with the result.
