TILE BOUTIQUE

These guys are Great! I had bought some tile from Westside tile down the street where they have a great selection but TERRIBLE customer service. I couldn't bear to go back so looked around for another tile store and liked the sound of Tile Boutique. I can't tell you how much more worth your time it is to drive another couple of miles down Canoga to this place! first visit Harold helped me, I wasn't ordering a whole lot but he was so helpful and had great suggestions, knew what tile he had and knew what complements or detracts from your choices. Harold even made me coffee while we were looking., next visit the owner Jon E had stepped out for a minute so the cleaner who was there tried to help me find a very specific tile I was looking for! He was really trying and kept bringing me pieces that were not what I was looking for but at least he was trying! When Jon E returned he found the exact thing I wanted and found other tile to complement it. He understood we had a budget to work with and didn't make us feel less worthy like their competitors at Westside Tile have a knack for! i will only buy tile from The Tile Boutique in the future where they really go above and beyond any expectations. Love those guys!!

Very good. He explained the difference between tiles were the grout line can be almost invisible. He explained the grading system. Showed us different tiles from different countries. Recommended what color of granite would look good with our color of cabinets and floor tile. He actually showed us by putting side by side the tile/granite next to the cabinet. Called us when the tile had arrived.

I found a beautiful rope travertine mosaic border that I just had to have for my kitchen remodel. My contractor warned me not to go with Tile Boutique. He told me that he has had nightmarish delays and believes that they have money problems. I ignored him and went with them anyway because they were referred to me and I thought my contractor had a vested interest with someone else. Instead of ordering the tile from the manufacturer, they (without my authorization) said they are making the tiles themselves. Well, four missed dates later, (one month total and six weeks from order date) I still don't have my tiles or my money back. They missed another deadline today. Each time, it's more lies and promises. Juan has lied to my face so many times, I just can't believe anything he says. That's it for me. I'm ordering another tile from somewhere else, waiting another 3-4 weeks, and paying again. I will have to take Tile Boutique to court to get my money back. This is a bad business. This is your warning, take heed.
