+ -1 moreI called them a week before for an appointment to give me an estimate of the job. I had a lot of things to fix in my house -kitchen 2 baths, doors, windows, floor, etc. So the job was definitely not small.I even called them a day before to confirm the appointment for the next day as I had to leave my kid in day care on the weekend, which is definitely not easy. The day of the appointment, no one called or showed up. I left 2 voice mails and waited for a day to hear back. No one called. When the company is so negligent even before getting the job, I can well imagine how bad they must be later.Will never use them ... infact will dissuade anyone from using this company.
Description of Work: I had a lot of things to fix in my house -kitchen 2 baths, doors, windows, floor, etc.

+ -1 moreThe contractor, Ron discussed with us what we wanted to have done and came up with a some designs for us to discuss. We were able to create the kitchen of our dreams! The service was prompt and speedy. Ron went shopping with us and helped us pick out all of the materials like tile and granite. Ron and Donna made sure to let us know that they were available to us 24/7 for calls/questions. They kept us informed every step of the way during the project. They finished on schedule and within budget. They even ended up doing some extra pluming work in another part of the house and still finished on time. They kept everything neat and clean. The cabinets were custom made and they are amazing! We love our new kitchen.
Description of Work: We had our kitchen completely gutted and re-modeled from top to bottom including raising the ceiling, widening the entrance to make the room more open to the rest of the house, and recessed lighting.

+ -1 moreOverall, they did a good job. They were very punctual. They always did what they said they would do. I was never over charged for anything. When there were cost increases it was a mutual decision. The quality of work is very good. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Completely remodeled two bathrooms. Installed new granite counter top in Kitchen, new back splash and demolition of kitchen floor.
