Description of Work: We are just beginning with this company to address our problem with rats. Trevis came as planned and did an evaluation of the inside and outside of our home. He was very easy to talk to and seemed knowledgeable about how to rat proof our home. We will see him again next week to do the repairs and begin the abatement program. So far, so good.

Description of Work: He did a full evaluation of our rat problem and closed the hole that was clearly an access. He pointed out that there may be another point from the garage, and made some suggestions for that. I was very happy with his work and thoroughness.

Hopefully you had someone do the repairs that were identified by your Inspector/Contractor to keep the rodents out and to check on the snap trap that we placed. Description of Work: Had a problem with roaches and moths , a stored product pest. The service by technican was fine, so far so good. The problem is the office staff . They did not inform me very well regarding what was required beyond the basic items. I also left two messages that I did not receive return calls, asking questions. The technician asked me are we spraying outside? When he arrived. ? Again, it seemed like me, he wasn't informed about what the service was supposed to be. I had to ask questions that the office should have informed of or maybe even email a list?

Mr. [removed member name] we are so happy you are pest free after our initial pest control service out at your home. When you called our office you said you have roaches and some sort of moth. We identified the moth being an Indian Meal moth which as you know if a stored food moth that is mainly inside your home. As for the roaches, there are many different types of roaches and until we are there and identify which roach we are dealing with it is difficult to give an exact diagnosis over the phone. This is really the job of the technician when he arrives. Also, when you called it was on the weekend and we are only here in the office for a short time in the morning. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused you. Again, glad we were able to eliminate your pest problem. Please let us know if you need us.

Description of Work: I had an ant infestation. I tried battling them myself wit traps, but they were winning, and must have had a nest inside my house. I also had some flying Ants that we're coming from somewhere inside the house. The ants were taking over and I was worried. But stealth came in fixed everything. The ants were gone very quick, but the flying ants stayed a few days more. I was concerned but they reassured me and they eventually we're all gone. I now have the, come once a month an I haven't seen an ant in my house since!

Description of Work: We had a recurring (& terrible, I might add) ant problem throughout our two-story home & all along the outside perimeter. Had used a prior monthly service for 10+ years & needed to DEAL with this & get it under control. Leah spent probably an hour on the phone with us going back & forth & then Trevis came out twice, worked us in on an emergency basis & could not have been a nicer guy (or couple) to do business with. Best thing: I have not seen a single ant since, & it seems they got to the source of the problem, which our old company couldn't do. Super impressive. Stealth also uses the latest & best technology and chemicals available to them. Fantastic, great people, HIGHLY recommend.
