Benjie from SoCal Climate Control came to inspect my Central A/C and heating unit. He checked pressure on the A/C, inspected and changed filter, etc. He also checked the heating unit. Benji was on time, greeted me with respect and got to work. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I greatly recommend him and would hire him again.

In peak heat season, August, on a weekend, they responded promptly to my request for A/C repair and scheduled service SAME DAY with no charge for the service call and no extra charge for weekend or same day. Professional, helpful Resolved my problem quickly. $450 for capacitor replacement for condenser with one year guarantee.

Very honest company. It is always scary to have contractors do such a big job in your home. You need to work with people that are honest and don't take advantage of you. This company could have charged more or added services, but was honest and let me know a less expensive option. Also, they stayed with the job until I was happy. The owner, Mike is very honest. Their service technician, Lance was extremely competent and respectful of my home and belongings while working there.

They installed it incorrectly the first time and had to come back to fix it.

He was pretty good, did a thorough job, but was a little late.

It took 3 days but the ac is working great, good price, better warranty than most.

The part that was installed and the time the tech was on location , I feel the charge was extremely high, I feel haft that amount would have more inline.

We had an issue during the installation. I called the office and I was forwarded to the owner and the issue was resolved in minutes!

Service Tech was on time, explained the service in detail along with taking pictures.

Repair men messed up thing saying the whole hows is a wiring mess. No one touched anything in the past nothing works. I will not recommend.

My air conditioner was not working. they sent someone our within 2 working days. they determined that the air conditioner was not able to be repaired. They sent someone out to set everything out and the next day they were out to install it. They were great to work with and one of the installer's made the comment that "I take each job personnally. I want everything to be right". I loved that idea.
