The worker forgot to light the pilot light on my water heater - I was out of hot water for a day, but when notified they sent someone right away to fit the problem. I issued a check to cover the balance of the work done which they deposited but also charged my credit card, causing a major problem with my checking balance - that will take 7 to 10 days to correct they said. I also complained about the loud banging noises my ducts made when the heater came on or off. That problem has not been addressed yet.

The staff are friendly. The service tech arrived on time within a promised two-hours window. He was friendly and helpful. He explained to me in details what was wrong with my furnace and propose options for repair. Our furnace was more than 20 years old so we did not want to repair it. We decided to replace it. SoCal Climate Control was able to have a new furnace installed the next day. We are satisfied with their service. We would recommend them for HVAC services.

Technician was very professional and fixed our heating problem knowing exactly what to do. He answered my questions and told me things I should do.We are a satisfied customer.

Buyer beware, make sure you have all the work that will be done in writing... in writing, keep the copy... I did not get the work invoice and I asked 4 times, I was told they do not give invoices to the customer. The work on my dryer vent is not done up to code, and no customer service was given to me... only rudeness! Will not use Home Advisor again... lesson learned...

Reliable, and good working furnace so far.

I live in a remote area. Doug found me and was spot on time. He diagnosed the problem in minutes and fixed it in as many. He did't mind me hanging over his shoulder. Doug was very personable and easy to talk to. Allan L 5 STARS

EXTRAORDINARY in every way. It could not have gone smoother or more comfortably. I LOVE THESE GUYS (AND GALS) and a 5 STAR rating is not nearly good enough for this business.

We are very disappointed with the customer experience we had with this company. In the end, they completed the repair, but we experienced poor communication and customer service in the process. We spent hours waiting for technicians to arrive and then received confusing and conflicting information about repair needed. Provided a verbal estimate and then charged 50% more when completing the job. Never provided anything in writing upfront but took our motor to have it **repaired or refurbished** Another technician returned with a new motor. The heater works for now but would never hire this contractor again. Certainly did not experience the claims made on the company website. The BBB reflects this company in business for 1 year.

Horrible customer service. The worst ever.

The technicians were all professional, courteous and they did a great job for us! The were on time, cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. I would highly recommend them and every 6 months we will be having them check and do any repairs on our system.

I am a disabled vet and they were very reasonable, friendly, helpful, and reasonably affordable. They replaced my old 1976 heater with an updated HVAC system with AC, this has made my life more comfortable.
