Technician was very nice and did a very good job.

good service and showed up when they said they would. only problem I have is I asked for a receipt and they have not gotten it to me yet. when I call them again it will be the 3rd request.

They were very responsive, showed up on time, an completed the job quickly but with quality.

Screwed us out of over $3000 of rebates. Bought a heat pump system from them because heat pumps are eligible for two large rebates. They failed to claim one rebate, which can only be claimed by the contractor and not the homeowner, and they chose a specific model that is ineligible for the other rebate. We lost out on $3,250 of rebates because of them.

Replaced part at predetermined cost, 30 minutes labor. Minimal part cost. Total $350. No negotiation.

The technician cleaned a part on the furnace and the problem was solved. There was no charge and he even called back the next day to make sure everything was still working

Techs showed up on time and were very knowledgeable. Mike Malloy was a pleasure to do business with and we will continue to use them to maintain our system.

The project was begun on time and completed on time. The cost was much better than other bids. The workers were friendly and explained each step of the project of installing our air conditioner.

They break parts and do not have insurance to cover their work.

i paid what i thought was fair price for the A/C unit, it took 12 hours to install. And now Im being told there was no permit for the unit.

He did not try to over sale me on something that I did not need.. My unit is working fine, the price was fair and yes i would hire them again and recommend them to my family and friends.
