Nolan, the owner is the most professional likable guy you could ever talk to. Just a down to earth guy who could write a book about air conditioning. His lead worker, Erin is cut in the same mold. Erin was user friendly. What I liked most about Erin was he was a great listener and communicator. Both are straight shooters and tell it as it is in friendly we re here for you terms. 5 stars for the guys at SC Climate Control. There competitors should learn from these guys.

They were very professional & very knowledgeable. Straight forward about the service needed and provided. After they serviced our furnace we took them up on their recommendation to properly insulate the attic, sanitize and seal. Happy with service and they really tried to work with us and our budget as much as possible. Will def hire them back and would def recommend.

I have been way, way overcharged for the parts. They charged me $650 for fan motor/cap alone. Later on I found same motor on internet for $150 to $200. The work/service was OK but I'll never use them again.
