Description of Work: They installed central air and heat. They were prompt, very clean (my house was in great shape), and my heat and ac have been great. There were a few problems in my ceiling (small cracks in several rooms) that they would have had to fix, had my handyman not taken care of before I blinked.

Description of Work: We were replacing forced air heater and A/C in two story home with sealed ducting, a 5 ton unit. This was one of 4 estimates from 4 different companies. Their estimate was very competitive--in fact, they came in with the lowest bid and we would have gone with them but another company was willing to match their price AND give us 12 month no interest financing at no extra cost. We ended up going with the latter company. Season Control said that they could get us similar financing but they would have to pass along the fee for the credit. They were upfront about everything, very professional, and were offering good pricing on Lennox products. Some advice to buyers--it's CRITICALLY important to get multiple estimates on a job like this. Our estimates varied by as much as $5000!! In our case, "free" financing was the deciding factor. Also remember that for the most part the people giving you estimates are salespersons who make a commission on your project so you'll find that there is often a lot of wiggle room in the pricing. The Season Air estimator was one of the business owners so his approach was more matter of fact. Finally, don't fall for the expensive UV purification or ultra filtration systems they try to sell you--the high end filters will cost you $60 or more a year and the UV systems do not work as advertised and need servicing often.
