+ -1 moreVery professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They walked around my yard and explained everything. I felt they were very honest and weren't trying to sell unnecessary services like some other pest control companies do. I like that they are a family owned business. I feel they have good work ethics. I will recommend them to friends! The last company I used was so bad. They sprayed for ants outside which just encouraged the ants to relocate inside the house! they had to come back several times before the job was completed.

Description of Work: They use agriculture-friendly products - very important to us, since we grow several vegetables for our personal use. They walked around with us so we could show them where ants were appearing & paid special attention to those areas. They are easy to talk to or ask question of.

+ -1 moreWanting to attract and keep "good bugs", such as crickets, dragonflies and bees, but eradicate the black widow spiders in our sizable yard areas, we called this company and spoke to Harold for quite a while. Harold was extremely knowledgeable and completely honest with us about what we were trying to achieve and the effects of any kind of pesticide, organic or not. We decided to hold off on any extermination for the time being, but appreciate Harold's advice and candor. We would not hesitate to use this company when the time comes.

+ -1 moreI'm very happy with them. If I have any extra problems they'll come in and take care of it as part of the service, if I'm having ants or something in the bathroom. The owner worked for a different company that I used in the past, he started his own company. I really liked him and thought he was good service, so when he started his own company I went with him. They're very responsive and customer oriented. They come when I need them. If I have a situation, they come right out. Very good service.
Description of Work: I've been using Pests R Us Inc. for 8 or 9 years. I pay $75/month for spraying everything, re-baiting rat traps, and go through to check the property. If I have any kind of birds nest they'll take them down.

I get personal service, they call me before they come to address any issues, they're not a very large company, they just don't spray and go, and they have an interest in my perspective feedback. I have them to spray for preventative measures for spiders and things like that, because we have a big lot, and kids. They give personalized service. Their price was amongst the most reasonable when I was shopping for it. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: They service me every other week and it's $80 monthly.

+ -1 moreThey were very prompt and arrived exactly on time when they said they would. They were very friendly, yet professional. They were very careful in completing the job and cleaned up after the job was done. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They also gave me a bid for the repair of the wood deck and wood trim on the house caused by the termites and the dry rot which has occurred (although I have not yet had that work done).
Description of Work: The supervisor, Joe, came to my home at the exact time of our appointment, performed a detailed inspection of the property, discussed and showed me the damage, explained the treatment options, and provided me with a written estimate for the treatment plan discussed. After my approval, the supervisor and the owner arrived at exactly the appointed time, and over the next two days they exterminated the bees making a hive in the wall of my home and they treated the subterranean termites which had infested my wood patio deck and house trim. They also drilled through the cement slab foundation, trenched the soil around the perimeter of the home, and treated the ground for the termites.
