Description of Work: I had Perma Guard install a security system in my house during a rash of break-ins in 2009. They were always courteous and professional. My husband and I moved since that time and Perma Guard installed the system at our current house. Again, always courteous, always professional, we've never had a charge beyond the monthly fee (approximately $33.00 for a leased system) and they have come out and changed our motion detectors so the cat wouldn't set it off. Again, without charge. We are really good about turning our system on whenever we are out of the house, so we use our security system a lot. We really like these guys.

+ -1 moreAfter hearing more and more reports of local break ins, I called Perma Guard, who had installed a security system before we bought the house. I called Perma Guard and asked them to reinstall and activate the system. They came over within a day for the estimate and the day after that to reinstall the system (they had a cancellation). The installer was very nice and helpful, he thoroughly explained the system. He left me with lots of stickers to put on windows. I have since tripped the alarm 3 times (I forgot it was armed) and Perma Guard was great.
Description of Work: They installed a security system including perimeter protection and motion detectors.

+ -1 moreI MADE A CALL TO THEM, I MADE MY APPOINTMENT, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO FIT ME IN IN A CANCELLATION, THE VERY NEXT DAY. THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS, THEY LOCKED MY ESTABLISHMENT WHEN THEY LEFT. WHEN MY CONTRACTOR SET OFF THE ALARM AND THEY CALLED ME RIGHT AWAY.
Description of Work: INSTALLATION OF AN ALARM SYSTEM.
