I used a coupon in the mail for a $40 air duct cleaning. They came on time, but it was sketchy from the start. Instead of hooking up to my furnace, they hooked up their "fan" to the vent closest to the front door. One person turned it on and used a shop vac to vacuum each vent cover, while the other guy inspected my furnace and tried to convince me I needed a "full furnace cleaning" for $600 where they take apart the furnace, vacuum each part, and put it back together. When I said no they offerred a $100 "discount", and I still said no. In hindsight, I'm glad I didn't let them touch the furnace, I doubt they would have put it back together properly. The whole time, the guy kept saying how dusty everything was and kept washing his hands; obviously trying to nudge me into giving them more money. The "fan" they hooked up had no suction to the other ducts and basically was a waste of time. Right before they left, they tried to sell me a new air filter for $100. I paid them the $40 just to get rid of them without incident and felt fortunate that they didn't steal anything. It felt like a scam. Do NOT use these guys!!!

In the beginning terrible. They came and cleaned my vents and convinced me that they should clean the rust out of the whole system and install an electrostatic filter and a UV light to kill germs in the air. I had wanted one anyway. I asked for a quote on a new unit. I got one for $11000 with credit for money already spent, so it would have been $9000. I thought that was high and they came back at me with a special unit on sale for $6000 for a 5 ton unit of a brand I checked out which seemed rare and not highly regarded and which was much larger capacity than I needed. I sent a letter rescinding my contract and asked for a refund. The owner called right away and asked how he could save the business. I told him I wanted a name brand and he offered me a 4 ton unit for the same price that was a York. When they came to install it, I was told that I could use a 3.5 ton unit that would be fine which made sense to me for the same price which was a significant discount of their normal hardware plus installation so I accepted it. The installation went without a hitch and I am now happy with my purchase. The paperwork was sketchy and until I asked for it, did not list a model number. All their licenses were ok with the state, I checked. You can get a deal but you may be taken advantage of unless you are on top of it with these folks. Avoid a sales guy named Jessie - deal with the owner.
Description of Work: Originally I had them come out to overhaul and clean my vents and my old A/C unit. I eventually bought an A/C unit through them. The cleaning and adding a electrostatic filter and UV light unit to my existing Air conditioning unit for $1900. New A/C conditioning unit for $6000.
