He was very personable and did not seem like he was trying to make a quick sale. Spend hours explaining the benefits of going solar and eventually it all made sense to save money on electricity. Installers were great, came and got the job done pretty quickly. App works great, easy to use and understand. We are planning on referring couples of my colleagues after I get my first bill.

Leo was an excellent salesman, knowledgable and also found out we had mutual friends. Installers came and installed the 30 panels (panasonic 330watts) in about 5 hours. It was super fast. Installers respected the house, cleaned up after themselves. No damage to the house whatsoever, and it even rained the day after they finished, with no leaks. Tiffany was project coorindator and she made the project go smooth and easy, without a doubt best experience ever. Its nice that NRG sends someone out like Robert to show how the system works and explain how the solar edge app functions. Took drones shots to inspect the property and solar panels. Overall great company and best service hands down.

Judging by the drone shots, I can see the installation was very clean than most of my neighbors. Robert came out on time on a Sunday to help me understand and use my solar system. PAULA STRASSER - FALLBROOK, CA - Great Job NRG!!! Reece was knowledgeable and professional, very easy to work with. Reece got me approved on the loan which really helped pull the trigger on getting solar. Jake coordinated very well and was able trouble shoot a minor issue with the explanation of the plans. Always got back to me when I needed answers to my questions. Very prompt and professional. Installers were great worked hard to get the panels on my roof. Installation took about 4 hours, and panels look great on the roof. Solar Edge is a great app to find your production levels and see how the system operates. Very helpful that Robert came out to show me how the system works and get the monitoring system on my iPad. Would recommend this company and their great professional service to anyone looking to get solar.

Installers were great, fast. Everyone does really good work. Panels look great. App was very easy to use, user friendly and gives alot of information. Did not take long to get in and very useful to use on the mobile app to check on the go. Quality control with Robert was great. Made sure I was a happy camper and that I understood everything that was installed.

Harold was a very knowledgeable salesman. The way he explained things, walked through the house, evaluated my needs made the experience very good. It wasn't like he was trying to make a quick sale. He was also available all the time. Installers came and did their job and left. Very quick and efficient work the installers provided. Cleaned up after themselves each day of the property, no mess whatsoever. Tiffany was very prompt in answering the emails and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She was a pleasure to work with. Robert came out to inspect everything one last time. Gave me valuable information about the solar that I did not know before. Great walk through with the solar edge app, and it was easy to understand. Highly recommended solar company.

It went well overall... our HOA gave us a bit of a hard time but Nrg helped through the process. The installation crew was good. They were clean and courteous. Tom was great with coordinating the project. We are looking forward to seeing our savings.

Tiffany was amazing as my project co-ordinator. Always prompt, courteous and fully knowledgeable about the whole installation process, right through to the final inspection. I cannot recommend her and her NRG team highly enough. I am confident that I made the best choice when it comes to Solar...and I interviewed many other companies. Of course, also want to thank Leo who clearly explained all the details about going solar. He was the main reason I chose NRG aside from their competitive price and best panels amongst all the other companies I interviewed. Polite, not pushy and very informative; a pleasure to work with. He made sure I fully understood how to read my Net Meter and Solar Edge software. Helpful and informative. He answered all my questions and took some amazing drone photos of the installation - quite the pilot! So, now, we're done. Fully installed, totally knowledgeable about the system. Completely happy I chose NRG Clean Power. Now I'm in a net negative - producing more power than I'm consuming for a less than zero LADWP electricity bill. Amazing. Hope this review helps convince you to also, GO SOLAR ( with NRG if you agree with me! ) We all have a responsibility to do our part to help save the planet. P.S...Leo also threw in a 240 V electric car charger to keep my Nissan Leaf running! Maybe...if you're nice...you too!...sorry, Leo.

It's been over a month since I had my solar installed from this company. All I have to say is I'm amazed how these guys work. They are fast and efficient. I knew very little about solar to start with but after talking to Tiffany, I now have a good working knowledge about solar and how much it will help me save in the very near future with the rising costs of LADWP. Because of the education I received I had the confidence to start my project. During installation, the production team kept me updated with important dates and everyone on my property was courteous, hardworking, paid attention to details and extremely prompt . So if you're looking for a solar company who you can trust and take care of you then I highly recommend this company. I just got a referral check for $500.00 because someone used my name and decided to work with them as well. This company just keeps getting better.

Their service is great, the product coordinator Tiffany was always at the top of the service.

Excellently. After researching five other companies, I chose this one. They were better in every aspect. Highly recommended.

I can't break the price down, because it was included in the solar, so it was like thirty-seven something thousand, that's because I got a new furnace, a new air condition, new ducts, new solar, the whole nine yard pieces on the roof, just a lot of stuff done, it was a big package that I did. The solar works fine but they contract out to people to do the work and they did to me a lousy job in getting to work, I'm still waiting on them to finish some things.

Everything was real professional with Sean Molloy being our Sales and support person, It was pretty effortless on our behalf. NRG took care of everything including permits and All installations.

No work done, will never have them do any work.
