I called and left a message on the answering machine on Saturday. I also called a cell phone number and actually spoke to someone. I was assured they would call me Monday. I never heard back from them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called again and left a message on the following Friday. I did NOT receive call back until the following Tuesday at about 4:30. I told the person I had already hired someone because I hadn't heard back fro them after leaving a message the previous Friday. They said something about being closed on Monday ( a non holiday ) and didn't seem concerned about losing the opportunity to do some work. I can NOT recommend these people at all...!!! Don't waste your time!

USUALLY COME WHEN I'M NOT HOME. DO AN O.K. JOB, ALTHOUGH THEY USUALLY BREAK SOMETHING EVERY TIME. I'VE HAD WORSE AND THEY ARE INEXPENSIVE.
