Had them fix a leaky gas valve in the fireplace. He listened and took my advice on how to get to the leak without tearing the new fireplace apart. He had the problem resolved in less than an hour. I thought he was very professional so I had him replace a toilet I wanted to get rid of for years. He returned shortly and did a great job installing the new toilet.

I feel it was severely overpriced. More than $250.00 to replace the Hot & Cold supply line valves?! They didn't even offer Senior Citizen Discounts when asked.

Great -- they were friendly, came within the scheduled time window and were quick and professional in doing the work and answering a bunch of my questions.

Perfectly from start to finish. We had contacted at least 6 different plumbers for a sewer conversion. Most didn't call us back and the one that did, didn't want to tackle such a big job. We live on a main street, so this involved stopping traffic etc. Then we found David at Kerry Gold Plumbing. From the moment he came out to survey the job to the day it was done, David was amazing. Throughout the process, David kept us informed and responded to our calls immediately. He was there for every inspection and even made numerous trips to the city to obtain print outs and negotiate the best process and price for us. This was not an easy job, but it got done. After the sewer was finished and old septic tanks were back filled, David's guys cleaned up everything. Kerry Gold will be our "go to" for any and all plumbing needs.

The young technician was so helpful and polite. He even put booties on to not dirty our wood floors. He changed out our toilet flush system which was broken on a previous visit. He did the garbage disposal replacement very well. He started the faucet replacement job but had to call the owner of the company for some special tools to do the complicated connecting pipe removal, and the owner did that part of the job. The younger technician finished installing the faucet after the owner left for other appointments he had scheduled. Rest of the details are already explained above. Bottomline: both plumbers were awesome!

The KerryGold guys that came out to the house were GREAT. Friendly, professional, informative, and accommodating (they let me come in and video the video with my phone ;), so that I could send it to my son, who was not present during their visit). I was impressed with the technology with which they diagnosed the problem- they were able to run a camera through the pipes, show me the cracks and the infiltration of roots, as well as pinpoint exactly where the issues were, both inside the house and out in the yard. I really appreciated the time they took to explain everything and the consideration with which they handled it all (i.e; "Is it ok to go in here?" or "this is going to be messy- is that ok?" KerryGold can be proud of the representation their service team members are giving their company, as well as the job they are doing. This was a quick fix (bandaid) to get our plumbing working again, which will require a bigger repair down the road. We will definitely come back to these guys for that service when we are ready. In fact, they even offered to apply this visit's fee to the larger job that is pending. Highly recommended!

They got to the house quickly, communicated clearly, did the job, and left me with a reasonable bill. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Work was done promptly and well.

David came out and spent a lot of time troubleshooting a problem with the leak in my high pressure sprinkler line. It was not an easy fix because the pipes are old and corroded. He said the line should be replaced but it is costly because it's a long line, and I was getting ready to go out of town. I asked if there was anything else he could do for me since I didn't want to replace the line right now. He put a temporary clamp on it but said he did not know how long it would hold due to the condition of the pipe. Fortunately it is still holding several months later. He spent quite a bit of time figuring out the direction my pipes go in and making recommendations, as well as trying to get the clamp on so it would hold correctly on the old pipe. He then replaced my water pressure valve for the house. I found him very helpful and knowledgeable.

We have used Kerrygold for various plumbing services for several years. Our biggest job was major re-lining of our sewer pipes, a task that lasted several days and was completed very much to our satisfaction. They have been willing to come out for small jobs as well as large ones. They are always professional and highly competent.

Pat our service provider was careful and competent.. Discovered the problem quickly and he came prepared with the right parts and equipment to do the job. I was so happy not to have to run out and get something at a supply house. I recommend them very highly.

Very well. The pipe was beginning to crack and the lining was perfect and saved us from a huge problem later.

Showed up on early in the promised window. Examined the problem and rapidly replaced the old broken trap. Ran the washer to test the new trap. Then snaked out the three sewer lines under the slab. While I was having no problems I wanted all of them cleaned out to prevent a future service call. I was completelysatsfied.

The service was great. They were professional, neat and clean, finished ahead of schedule and stayed within their estimated cost.

They were absolutely amazing. They weren't the lowest but they were reasonable and did a superb job. His responsiveness was over the top especially with the work at our house. He was very careful to make sure our neighbors weren't inconvenienced. After we had a really heavy rain the sewage line connection down our driveway sunk in and we called him and he was out the next day with his crew. They are absolutely great.

Guys super pleasant, super informative, quiet - kept me informed of any new findings, sought permission for any changes.|this is a solidly professional go-to company for any major sewer/pipe work. i believe they do small jobs too - |this is the second major job they've done for me - the first was a 300 foot long sewer connecting pipe that needed replacing. their camera discloses all - |if there's a third problem, they're my company.

In each instance I worked with David Givens. The repair work at mother's home was $5500, thousands less than other quotes. I don't have numbers with me on sewer hook up but they were exceedingly competitive. They were extremely professional, started and finished in the time specified and, in sewer installation, went out of their way to cause as little disruption as possible to traffic. We live on a narrow, winding street in the L.A. (Sherman Oaks) Hills and my neighbors were very grateful, At mother's house they were again one of three companies to provide estimates and the only one (David) to look further than the specified work, discover that the spa heater was broken and, since Kerrygold doesn't do spa work, help me negotiate with a provider that does. Mother's home is in Westlake Village. I would never go elsewhere for major plumbing issues.

The Kerrygold team did a great job. Dave met with me and using his plumbing tools was able to show me where my drain line ran under the driveway. He then showed me a video of the drain and identified where the problems were. We discussed options and decided the best approach was to do pipe-bursting. He was able to get his crew over to my house the next day and they excavated a small area at the front of my garage (3' x 3') and (after getting a permit from the city) removed one of the sidewalk slabs. At both locations they dug down to the pipe in one day. The next day they came back and were able to pull a brand new pipe through and replace my old pipe and refilled in the holes with dirt. The city required them to use a certain pre-mixed type of concrete so they came back with the concrete the next day and replaced the sidewalk and fixe my garage floor. The sidewalk concrete did not setup properly and started to show small crumbling areas after it had dried for a few days. I contacted Dave about it and he came out the same day, took pictures and went to speak to the concrete company. He called that night and let me know that his crew would be back the next day to remove and replace the bad concrete. They did as they promised and the concrete now looks perfect. They were extremely nice group of guys, were very responsive and reliable and I would use them again.
