+ -1 moreWe received outstanding customer service today at Jay-jay Lock & Security. We brought in a metal CPU security cabinet in because the key would not turn in the lock. Seeing that we are elderly, Marcos was klnd enough to remove the cabinet from our car and carry it into the shop. Sam determined that the most cost-effective solution was to change the lock which he did in about 20 minutes, without scratching the cabinet. We thought that his price was very reasonable. He even carried the cabinet out and put it inside the car. It was so nice seeing all the plaques and pictures of youth sports teams on the walls and knowing how much support they give to the community, something we don't see much of in Los Angeles. We highly recommend these friendly and professional locksmiths.
