Very dishonest, makes mistakes, tries to intimidate homeowners, creates lots of issues in the association. I did hire J&N Realty personally in January 2017. When we signed the papers Julius (the owner) told me: “you can do anything in the HOA"! I was shocked, however I thought that he was just checking my honesty or something. I mentioned that I want everything right and correct. Unfortunately, my gut feelings that something isn't right come very soon to be proven right! I did look at his reviews… which seems ok; later on I discovered that he is ASKING people to post reviews and uses even intimidation to some board members! Julius, try to do a roofing replacement under his new created "roofing company" when he found out about our roof situation (he was trying to sub a 'Peter' company! he worked with)! I didn't agree as it was a conflict of interest. He did convinced the other two board members to get me out... I was in the board for very long time and I wanted a break anyways! We did hire a different roofing company. However, I was always suspicious about Julius. In short time, around April 2017, I discovered that we were paying our neighbors garbage. I was out of the board but I had to fight and get the finances, so I was able to tell about the findings. One major problem with this company is that they don't provide the receipts for anything - if the board doesn't insist and insist! The members of the board didn't insist; my husband and I did; we got them and SURPRIZE --> OUR DWP bill wasn't paid for 7 months! So we could have all our water and electricity to the building -cut off for a community of 9 units. We did confront both J&N and the board members and none took responsibility; like was a small issue! Couldn’t believe; as we were also told that we didn’t do a thing! To make things worse; we had a board meeting in November 2017 - where this issue was discussed in detailed. When the MINUTES of the meeting were posted couple days later, this issue of not paying our DWP bill was totally omitted. I did ask why? I was told that I can't asked! Really?! So - we are pursuing legal advice, as we do have two board members which, no matter what wrong is done by J&N, are no acknowledging the issues. They approve minutes that have omissions (in our detriment and to J&N benefit of course). We all do mistakes, but why hide it like this? Why not honestly say... we did a mistake? What else is to be hidden?
