+ -1 more"Dishonest Billing and Unresponsive Service" I hired Giant Movers 365 for a move at $119/hr for two movers, scheduled between 3-5 PM with two stops: a storage unit and a house. Before arrival, I received a call offering a third mover for over $150/hr, which I declined. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to inaccurate billing and poor accountability. The movers arrived at 3:20 PM and completed loading by 4:20 PM, but I was billed for 1.5 hours instead of 1. At the destination, they started unloading around 5:45 PM and finished by 7:00 PM, but I was billed for 2.5 hours instead of 1.5. In total, I paid $50 as a deposit, $815 to the movers, and $40 in tips. One mover wrapped my bed and directly asked for a tip, which felt unprofessional. Attempts to contact the company for clarification have gone unanswered. While I’ve decided to let it go for peace of mind, I hope this review warns others. If you hire them, keep detailed records and monitor their time closely.

They were super quick very professional and did everything they could to get things done on time and went above and beyond to make it all happen I couldn’t have asked for a better team they deserve a raise 100% if I ever have to move again this is the dream team!

Joel, the foreman who helped out on my moving day, was very communicative and insured everything went smoothly. He asked all of the right questions and worked very hard to make sure that everything was exactly as I wanted it to be. Renee was also extremely helpful in arranging everything and ensuring all of my needs were met. This company beat everybody else's price and assembled my furniture well and adjusted to all changes quickly and effectively. Highly highly recommend!

+ -1 moreRacist and misinformation. They were offering $119/hr for 2 movers which was great. It wasn’t until after I sent the down payments that they recommended a 3rd person for $150. I let them know I won’t went with them due to the low fee and others were offering me $135/hr for 3 movers. Jessica proceeded to say her HISPANIC movers very efficient and this is the second time she said that. There’s no need to mention the race of the movers when it comes to how hard they work. This is coming from a Latina herself. The manager could not match the $135/hr and wasted my time. Now I have to book someone else when the move was set to 2 days from now. 0/10 recommend.
