Very efficient job was performed and I wish I did this earlier.

Only walked through property. No testing , no tools. No more that what I did myself.

The contractor, Ryan P, called to inquire about my project within 30 minutes of my having posted it. He seemed interested but did not push me. I sent him photos of the project in question, (essentially an old shed that needed a new roof), and he got back to me promptly Furthermore, he subsequently came over to assess the work required, discuss appropriate materials, the time required, and bid right then and there. His estimate was a little more than I had bargained on but he was willing to do the entire job immediately, that very day. Which was what I needed. So, we agreed the price, after which he went and bought good solid wood, and worked steadily for four or five hours to get the roof on. Always professional, always polite and considerate enough to help me put a couple of finishing touches on the shed in question.

I hired someone for $60 previously and she left me without the dryer working. After they left they ignored me. After I hired Mr. Ryan there was a $200 dollar charge that he took care of. He fixed my dryer and it works perfectly fine now. He done a great job and was very respectful.

Came out quickly and serviced the dryer vent as promised. Dryer worked great after vent was cleaned!

Couldn't make it when he said he would. The next morning when he said he be here at a certain time had to call and wake him up. Showed up to an a half hours late. But did a good job

Ryan was very conscientious and thorough. My dryer vent was badly clogged and it took awhile to clean it all out. He explained the fire danger this poses, and I will be having my vent cleaned on a regular basis. I highly recommend him!

Ryan was very nice and genuine, he came out simply for our air duct and dryer vent cleaning little did I know the insulation was coming through from the ducts, to the vents due from the rodents chewing and ripping through them causing a very big mess in the attic. Ryan went into the attic did an inspection took lots of great pictures even found a dead rat and brought it down with him. We hired him to clean out our attic do the rodent proofing clean and change out some ducts and did a great job with he's team and saved me a ton of money. Highly recommend!!

It is a bait and switch. He does not have a license, tries to pass off that he has a license. Very unprofessional, do not do business.

The tech was quite late in arriving but did go above and beyond in the service.

Arrived an hour early which surprised me. Very efficient , clean and smiling. They used a camera to view the duct before and after. Also cleaned the floor under the dryer, an unexpected plus.

We each had to change the appointment time. No problem. Dryer vent cleaning was excellent. Fair price. And Ryan even cleaned up afterward â ¦ something many repairmen don't do. And he cleaned the inside of the dryer, too. Great job.
