Ryan was cordial and professional and explained what procedures he was doing as he went along. Also good communication during and before he was here for the job.

These gentlemen were very persistent with their work, and Genuinely provided great quality service. Ryan seemed to be in charge or the owner and he worked very hard, and clean and was in very in detail about the whole process he really shows how he cares to educate and be passionate with what he does for people's health thanks once for the service!

seriously beyond being professional, Ryan was very in detail with what services he was going to be providing. just finished after 6 months doing renovation and just finishing he came in with he's crew and moved very clean and loved the equipment it was real and legit I've hired other companies in the past and I truly see a difference between the services thank you a lot for you're dedicated work and professionalism truly clean and REAL RESULTS!

Ryan was excellent about communication before and during the process. He did a great job cleaning out all of the air ducts and my dryer vent, which had not been cleaned in many years. My dryer now runs better than it has since I moved in! I'm extremely pleased with the level of service that I received throughout the entire process.

He ripped me off on the price $26O is ridiculous. He quoted me much lower ($150) and while it vented to the roof it wasn't much extra work and should have been $200 at most. Be careful.

The guy in charge appeared to be guessing at the price after the amount of time it took to finish cleaning the vent. Outdoor portion of the vent was repaired in a mediocre fashion which included having to rip a portion of chicken wire for a portion under my home. This left an open space he could not repair ("That's the best I can do." he said) Days later the opening is now wider and we have an animal of some sort under our home and need to make another call to remove and repair.

Really great quality service, Glad I hired them definitely professional and real good results. Ryan was very in detail and was very informative about everything he was going to do, they did and did a great clean and professional job. Will definitely recommend and reuse them in the future .

i have a stackable washer and dryer which are very difficult to move especially when in a small space enclosed in cabinetry. The vent is also difficult to reach from the outside since it runs under my deck. Ryan was very professional and thorough in his work. Also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Genuine Quality really provides great quality service. I’m pleased with their hard work to have had my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned professionally, they’ve covered all around my home and furniture and done everything nice and neat great value for this company and would recommend them gradually to anyone! Btw other companies that use negative air really did not do much the duct master which Ryan explained to me about and had showed me in use cleaning the duct was the real deal I’m happy with every cent I paid

Our house was previously owned by People who had cats. Without this service it would have been unbearable to live here. They cleaned all the ducts and filters. The experience was positive and they are good guys who care about what they are doing

Ryan is very nice and worked very hard to clean my dryer vent out. He couldn’t get behind my washer dryer stacked unit because it’s in a closet and not enough room. So he went on the roof of my condo and did it that way.
