Genuine Air Quality

I had them come to my house two months ago to clean my air ducts. Now I am finding some thing that are missing. A sandy koufax baseball card from my sons room, a little piece of a keychain, and some other small things that wouldn't be noticed until you are looking for them. That's what I have noticed and/or remember this far. I did not follow them around the entire time, as I thought they were trustworthy, my mistake. I would be very cautious before using this company

The technician, Ryan, was clear and upfront with the estimate on the phone and the job was done fast and neatly. Included was cleaning of the vent line, the filter compartment inside the dryer. He also replaced my ripped flexible pipe attached to the dryer. It was extra but very reasonable. I will call him again next time.

My dryer vent goes from my laundry room under a bedroom (raised foundation) to an outside wall. It hasn t been cleaned for years. Ryan filled a large trash bag with lint. He then showed me how much airflow came thru. He also pulled out the dryer and cleaned out the vent from the dryer to the floor as well as the dryer itself. Job was a little more expensive than expected but I understood. He did an excellent job.
