Believe it or not, we lived 28 years with a very noisy furnace right near our TV. Victor gave us a great quote, and he and his crew did a fantastic job removing the old furnace, putting a new one in the attic, and replacing the old fiberglass ducts with new, safer, ducts. My 30+ year old central AC had to be replaced. I got about 5 estimates from various companies and ended up choosing Extreme Cooling & Heating and I'm glad I did. Victor (the company owner) came to my house the same day I called for an estimate. He was on time and gave me a very reasonable quote. The project consisted of replacing the furnace, condenser, installing new ducts in the attic, and installing a new wireless thermostat. I went with American Standard, but he can install various brands. He and his crew came at 8PM and finished by 4PM. They were all very professional, worked quickly, and left the place clean. Although his company is new, Victor has been in the business for almost 20 years. He definitely knows what he is doing! His prices and service are VERY competitive! Victor is reliable, professional, and honest. I would recommend this company to friends and family for all their home AC/heating needs.

Victor was very knowledgable and diagnosed my AC's problem very rapidly and fixed it in less than an hour. The price from Extreme was more than fair. I was really pleased with the service and would call them again.

He was the real deal He was just fantastic

Victor was on time, did exactly what I asked of him, explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions. I had asked him to evaluate out current A/C which he did. It is 25 years old, an electricity hog and the heater is not safe - has asbestos and could leak CO2. Apparently the broker who flipped this house hid the paperwork from the inspectors that said the heater had to be replaced and wasn't safe. Victor found this paperwork. We are going to have him install a new heating/air conditioning unit for us next week.

Victor was here within the hour and did not charge for a diagnostic. He located the problem and gave me an estimate prior to doing the work. He completed the job quickly, neatly (even spread a cover over my carpet before setting up his ladder) and was very courteous. Definitely would use again.

Yikes, Victor from EXTREME Air Conditioning and Heating really loves what he does!. It was an extremely hot weekend and after I contacting 3 air conditioning services, Victor called me within two minutes. Even though he had a full schedule he said he would at my house in one and a half hours. He was here exactlly on time. - It was a Saturday and he arrived at 6:30 PM! Who works on a Saturday night. Even though he had another call to still make he gave us his full attention until the repair was done to his satisfaction. On, and did I mention there was no charge to come over to look at the air conditioning system We were charged for the work after he told us what was wrong and we agreed on the work. He actually called to followup to see how the unit is working. Who does this Needless to say, he and his worker were extremely professional, caring and, like he said himself, he loves what he does. I would highly recommend this caring, humble man to anyone who is looking for air conditioning service. We were blessed to have him in our home.
