My husband and I bought our charming beach house in Venice Beach earlier this yea…but it needed serious renovations! I knew I wanted a timeless, clean and cozy vibe akin to wabi sabi and so when I came across Ene Builders on insta, I knew it was what I wanted. We had an initial review and house visit, which all went well so then we got our contract in order and began right away. Since we had already signed a contract with another contractor for the build before I found Ene, we only contracted Ene Builders for the design work. We worked with Jesse, who has amazing style and taste - the kind we all wish we had. We sent out inspirations and had a conversation about what we wanted and then went into the showroom to review the initial design. There, we were able to adjust the designs based on different materials we got to see and feel in person. After a couple more calls and meetings, we got to the design that we loved - both for our kitchen and bathroom. We had some back and forths to ensure all details were captured, and Jesse was always very responsive. What we also appreciated was that after we finished designs, and proceeded with the construction, we would come across a few different options for like a vanity light or vanity cabinet etc and I would just send the options to Jesse and he would be quick to respond and guide us - that was extremely helpful. Jesse’s suggestion on the micro cement on the bathroom walls was so on point - we get tons of compliment. We are so happy with how our kitchen and bathroom turned out! I'm so happy with the great turnout of our home in Pasadena with E&E builders. I have been looking at contractors since the minute we were looking for houses. I always love the quality of work and design E&E builders and found that they have a lot of happy clients. When we found the home we love I knew right away to use them since Noi and Ben have always been approachable. The meeting, the design and the ease of communication during the process was stress free. Given that there's so many horror stories out there with their contractors. They are spot on with their pricing, no surprises and timeline. Thank you for making our house from kitchen, family room, living room, flooring, bathrooms.. the remodeling was beautiful! All my friends are loving how cozy, homey and tranquil our home turned out. E&E Builders did an 2nd story addition and complete remodel on our property. They always came in on time and on budget. The quality they delivered was exceptional and they paid close attention to detail. All the workers were very professional, showed up on time and left the workplace clean. Yahel and her father the company owners was involved in the all process . Yahel the designer was helping us with the design and saved us thousands of dollars in finish materials cost through her vendors . The project manager was constantly communicate with us. Firstly I must say, Simon who designed and sold the project, is very knowledgeable and while the bid was the highest of several I received, his attention to contracting details and work execution sold me. While doing my drought tolerant project didn't go without bump or two along the way, (most project have hitches the way), Simon, Shawn, and Rafael made every effort to make sure I was satisfied with the results. The owner, Yahel, even got involved and came by my project to make sure I was happy with the results. I highly recommend them for your landscaping project!

E&E Builders - Cucine a Moderne was doing few projects for us . We hired them to remodel our kitchen and we were ending up remodeling the kitchen, two bathroom, flooring , repipe and new concrete installation for our driveway. They were always On time and really paid attention to detail. Even my neighbors have been commenting on the wonderful job they did! I would like to say thank you for all their hard work on my and wife’s place. They made our dream place come to life and I can’t thank them enough. I was referred to Cucine Moderne through my relator. I took few estimate to remodel my new house and I choose Cucine Moderne even though they wasn’t the cheapest quote. The reason I choose Cucine Moderne is they are one stop shop. First they sent the company designer she helped to choose the material for my new flooring , kitchen cabinets tile and more . Their second step was to crate 3D rendering for each room. After we finalize the design the company contractor step in and start the remodeling process . It was pleasure working with all their team . Highly recommended!

Cucine Moderne team was very professional and did excellent job. They provide me top of the line 3D rendering and quality custom cabinets . Their system and team are excellent they first provided me design consultation and than the company contractor start the project .
