+ -1 morewent very well- plugged drain- cleaned them out and recommended a six month schedule with anyone just to keep our drain open. We have 4 clean-outs because our property has a lot of trees between and the street. Maybe a little pricey- but you get what you pay for sometimes. And he smelled good.
Description of Work: on time- Ken the service knew his job did it quickly and efficiently i would use them again no problem. Also the lady on the phone was polite - and for a change things just worked out right- with no $$$$$ surprises

+ 0 moreKen was very professional..he diagnosed the problem as either a drain problem or a problem with my Bosch dishwasher....He pulled out the dishwaser, and he found that the hosing was all kinked. He advised me to spray clorox to get rid of the mold, and showed me that the wiring was all rusted. He also checked the toilets . Would definitely use them again!

+ -1 moreThey were professional and honest, and when the underground leak was spotted they avised me would be very expensive for them to continue with them, and advised me to use my gardener for the rest of the work , as it was digging, and their hourly rate was higher. I really appreciated that, and probably saved several hundred $$s.
Description of Work: Cleared a blocked yard drain and returned to try to fix an underground leak.. sorry dont remember actual date.

+ -1 moreI had a clogged utility sink. I called and they sent a technician within an hour. David was really nice and did the job quickly and throughly. My only issue was $135 for a quick simple snake job (less than 15 minutes). Seemed it cold have been done for the $95 level. Needed to get it done and am happy with the results.

+ -1 moreThis service call from Drain Rooter went very well. This is the 3rd. time I've used Drain Rooter over the past few years and they have been excellent every time. I will continue to use Drain Rooter for all my plumbing needs in the future.
Description of Work: I called Drain Rooter at approx. 6:30 p.m. on 11/30/2011 and they arrived at my house approx. 90 minutes later, as promised. They cleared an obsctuction in my toilet and I also asked them to run a snake down the exit line for my washer. They did a great job on that also and the washer drain works great now.

Description of Work: I used Drain Rooter for a 2nd time in June 2010 when I noticed water leaking out from under my washing machine. Drain Rooter came out the same day and removed the dish washing machine to see what the problem was. It turns out that the main drain from the kitchen sink had major corrosion ( it's a 50 year old house) and was leaking in many areas. The technican did all he could to plug the leaks but the damge to the drain was extensive. We decided to cut the whole section of the corroded pipe ( 24 inches approx.) and replace it with new pipe. The involved knocking out the wall of the kitchen to get at the pipe and replace it with new piping. This was done the next day and all in all it turned out to be a 6 to 7 hour job over boths days. Drain Rooter did a great job and the total cost was only $450 !! Such a deal. Other plumbing companies would have charged up to $1000 for such as job. I will continue to call Drain Rooter for any future plumbing needs at my house.

+ -1 moreAll of the above work was done for only $128 !! What a good deal. You can be sure that most of the other "franchise" plumbing companies would charge up to $300+ for this work. I will definitely use Drain Rooter for all my future plumbing needs.
Description of Work: I called Drain Rooter for service on my plugged up Kitchen sink. I was able to speak directly with friendly and helpful staff when I was arrarnging for them to come and service my sink. I assumed that I had a plugged up line and just needed a snake to unclog the line but the service operator determined that the sink drains were also plugged up, so he disassembled the sink drain lines and sure enough they were really plugged up. So, the sink drain lines were unclogged and a snake was also run to the main exit line.

+ -1 moreWe called at 8:30 a.m. and Victor arrived within an hour. This is the second time we have used this company and we have received exemplary service both times. They have done the work both times without trying to sell us a complete drain replacement as other companies have done. Victor was both friendly and professional and did a thorough job cleaning the main drain from our cleanout located at the front of our house. Roots in the drain have been a perennial problem for us and we will definitely call this company next time.

+ -1 moreThe house drain plumbing backed up solid on a Sunday. I called Drain Rooter and Alfred Treviso was here within 30 minutes. He was pleasant to work with and seemed to be very competent. He pulled out a large wad of roots and then went back through all the way to the street line to be sure it was clear. We will definitely call this company first if the drain line blocks up again.
