I’m a Realtor, so I need a professional job done because it’s my name and reputation on the line. Daniel did a whole house remodel on a very large home. It was a big project with lots of recessed lights and an assortment of other electrical additions and corrections due to it being an older home. He was easy to work with and completed his work on time for a fair price and was always very reliable. Since that project, I have hired him again for other electrical jobs because he was trustworthy and does nice work. He was always available if something needed fixing, no matter how big or small. He is a rare find, so when you find an electrician that does excellent work and completes the project to the customers satisfaction... you hang on to that kind of guy! I highly recommend D. I hired Daniel to remove a broken ceiling fan and install a new one. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He explained to me the process every step of the way and was able to get the job done in less than two hours. He made it a point to clean up after himself and made sure I was satisfied with the work. I was! I would definitely hire him again.

Daniel arrived earlier than scheduled and he went over a complete history of the problem. He ASKED me to explain what work I needed and my expectations. He is very thorough and spent the extra time to troubleshoot and solve any issues during his work. He double checked his work before continuing to the next step and made sure his work was complete, to my satisfaction and that all functions of the new ceiling fan were 100% functional. He went the extra step to ensure I was familiar with the remote functions. Did a complete cleaning of his work area and disposed of the replaced equipment per my desire. Daniel is extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable of his profession. I would not hesitate to hire him again to complete any further electrical needs. The electrician was very knowledgeable and professional.

He negotiates price before he leaves home. Great negotiator for his own interests. Be sure to know EXACTLY what you will be getting and for how much. Does the price include needed parts? What will the price be if parts are not used? What if all it needs to solve the problem is to throw a fuse and takes ten minutes to do. If that’s the case will he look at some other minor electrical problem in addition to be covered by the same price.

Daniel is a great guy. He was punctual, efficient, and friendly. He came out on a Sunday to trouble shoot and change out a light switch. The price he charged was much lower than I had anticipated. He’s recently started his own business, and is clearly motivated to provide quality service. I highly recommend him and would hire again.

I had initial contact within a few minutes from the contractor (at about 8pm) but due to a series of factors we ended up playing telephone tag for nearly a day (nobody’s fault). Daniel came out and performed the work Sunday afternoon. He was super-friendly and very competent; an awesome combination. While the job was probably easy for him, it was definitely beyond my skill set and I was very appreciative of him coming out on Sunday. Oh and by the way, it cost less than half than I had anticipated (at a minimum).
