+ -1 moreThe sales staff is very helpful, and they offer free decorating advice. Gail Cannole was just great! There was a problem with the cabinet, which they took care of very quickly and without any difficulty. They offered free delivery and set up and did a very nice job. I am so happy with the service that I'm going to buy two sofas from them!

+ -1 moreIT WAS VERY POSITIVE. I LIKED THEIR STAFF. OUR FURNITURE CAME BEFORE WE WERE EXPECTING IT, SOONER THAN PROMISED. WE WERE JUST VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING, AND WITH THE DELIVERY PEOPLE. IT IS A FURNITURE STORE, BUT THE SALES PERSON WAS ALSO AN INTERIOR DESIGNER. THEY CAME OUT, AND GAVE SOME SUGGESTIONS.

+ -1 moreAS I SAID BEFORE, THE FURNITURE IS BEAUTIFUL, BUT EXPENSIVE. IT WAS WORTH IT FOR ME. SOMETIMES IT PAYS TO PAY FOR THE PROFESSIONALISM.
Description of Work: I HAD PURCHASED AN ARMOIRE A FEW YRS BACK. ONE OF THE GUIDES FOR THE DRAWER BROKE OFF AND THE DRAWER WAS NOT SLIDING PROPERLY. WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY TOLD ME TO JUST BRING IN THE DRAWER. THE FIXED IT WHILE I WAITED AT NO COST TO ME. THE FURNITURE AT THIS PLACE IS GORGEOUS AND EXPENSIVE, BUT I APPRECIATED THE SERVICE.
