+ -1 morehe got the fountain working. at first he was very nice guy, very professional. He is very authentic when he said that we have a warranty, but after 10 days, the lights that he installed that I bought from him is not already working. We tried to contact him since the lights are no longer working but he is not responding, after he got all the money from me. Now our fountain is no longer working, we cannot clean it. its already a mess.
Description of Work: he installed new lights on the fountain and cleaned the fountain.

I have called him several times and written to him several times to set a service appointment. No response. Is he still in business? Does he care about his past clients? Now I need to find someone else. Unacceptable.

+ -1 moreBen did a reasonably good job repairing and leveling our backyard fountain. He also installed a timer for the fountain and small lights for the timer with another timer. Now the fountain is not working well/at all. I have called him several times and written to him several times asking for him to arrange a service call. He has not responded. Is he still in business. If so, does he care about his past clients? I will have to find someone else to fix the problems. Unacceptable.

Description of Work: Ben did fix and/or cleaned both of our fountains but his prices are incredibly high, Just recently he came to fix our fountain in the front of our house. He replaced the pump which is only 3 years old.. He also serviced the fountain in the backyard which actually he had serviced and cleaned about 6 or 7 weeks before the latest service but he still charged me as if it were the first time he had serviced it. The bill was over $800 dollars for both. These are small residential fountains so I cannot imagine why he charged us this much.
