JOE WAS TERRIFIC. ALWAYS ON TIME,EXPLAINED WHAT HE WOULD DO THAT DAY AND ALWAYS SCHEDULED HIS RETURN AT OUR CONVENIENCE. I CAN'T PRAISE ENOUGH JOE'S CRAFTMANSHIP. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM FOR WHATEVER YOUR NEED MIGHT BE.

Did a great job plastering the exterior of my house. Covered the areas where a door had been removed and windows had been enlarged to perfection. All the work was very detail oriented and completed on time. Kept the area clean and neat as he completed each stage of the work. I would highly recommend Robert for any job large or small.

Robert drove a long way and showed up early. He worked professionally and completed the job in a timely manner. He's a hard worker who pays attention to detail. I recommend him and I will use him again.

Robert showed up promptly, checked out the work that needed to be done and dove right in. Very friendly and even took the moment to put my dog at ease so she would be okay with him in the house. Would gladly hire again.

Robert is very professional. He called me everyday to tell me what time he would be showing up and he was always on time. He added bullnose corners inside my house and did a great job. His clean up was beyond very good. Highly recommended.

Robert had several personal issues that interfered with the completion of the project - he said the job would take 5 days (Mon-Fri). Monday he arrived to start the job and within an hour went home for personal issues. Tuesday he was on phone many, many times. Wednesday & Thursday were good full days of work. Friday was a no show do to track problems. Thus he had to work Saturday to get most of the items completed. We eliminated the repairs to the bathroom so he could finish since we had scheduled painters to start right after Robert completed his work on Friday. 90% of the work completed, but we had to pay 100% of the quote. His nightly clean up could have been a lot better.

I promise that this is a REAL review! I have never used a site like this. Robert was one of 3 people who i had go out and assess my rental property. From the first interaction on the phone i found heard a sesne of pride in his work, integrity, appeared to have an "above and beyond" work ethic about him. Robert quickly went out to the job site, contacted me immediately after and laid out in great detail the work he proposed to do. Mind you, this job was a result of water damage from my rental unit that I own within the neighbor's ceiling below. So he was dealing with a neighbor who was not happy with the damage and threatened legal action. I let Robert know of the situation and to converse minimally with the neighbor and he was completely professional and honored my request. I went out to see the job the final day at completion. Even the neighbor voiced how impressed he was with Robert and his work and actually hired him to do additional work for his condo unit! Frankly to be honest, I found his pricing on the low side (I gave him a bonus because of the above and beyond work approach). But the additional win, and if you've had any in home work done, you will understand this - you would have thought no work had ever taken place given how METICULOUS he left the job - unbelievable - but a truly nice man who it is obvious takes pride in his work and sees his work as a reflection of himself - I'm in customer service (social services) where its all first about the relationship - and he earned one with me. Thank you Robert. Can't say enough but I see I am running out of space!

Robert did excellent work - plastering crack in bathroom, painting and restoring outside woodwork, and preparing the house stucco for painting. what is more important were the minor repairs he did for us at no additional cost such as repairing torn screen on sliding glass door. very reasonable cost. excellent choice of a friendly and truly professional craftsman-Robert.

Robert was absolutely the best! Professional, courteous, and essentially gave my walls a badly needed facelift! It was truly a work of art! I cannot thank him enough for his high quality work.

Overall, the work was professionally done! He meticulously prep the working areas to prevent paint or debris from dirtying your home. The acoustic ceiling he repaired looks almost brand new. The damage is hardly visible. Robert, did a excellent job!

I originally wanted Robert to do the drywall repairs in my home but he also does stucco and I had a huge repair to do there as well. I had a total of 4 drywall repairs and one huge stucco repair. He did all of them in 2 days. Great job and will hire Robert again.

Great work, love the results. The only issue was that he overpromised. 2 delays to starting the project and the project went into a holday date. He could not get helpers for that date, and finished 9PM on the night before an open house. But the workd was top quality and the price was lower than other estimates.
