+ -1 moreAaron spoke with me over the phone to determine what sort of security system I was interested in (minimal, but unobtrusive and monitored). He thought their special promotion system, at a fixed price including a control panel, battery backup, 10 transmitters and 3 motion detectors, would do it, but at my request, he also added on smoke and CO monitors at a very reasonable charge. He said there was no need for a pre-install visit, so we just made the appointment. Ryan showed up at the appointed time to do the install, and he was knowledgeable, courteous, and competent. In a couple of hours, he was done. He walked me through everything, and I had exactly what I wanted, with no upsell, no confusion, no disappointments. This system meets my needs perfectly. It was a very reasonable cost. The installation was quick, clean, competent, and painless. I only wish I could find more contractors who do their jobs so well and meet expectations so completely.
