We have just installed 7 windows by Approved Contractor Inc. This is a very professional company- from the company's owner, Jared, to the technicians who came to measure and install the windows. Jared was very responsive to the request and always return emails. We are impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and work ethics. They were no messes left when work was accomplished. I would highly recommend Approved Contractor Inc to any home owner who wishes to have their new window installed.

Wow what can I say it looks awesome I am very pleased with how this came out but also the commitment of Jared and his company. We have an awning over our bedroom that got some slight damage (electronic motor). Jared stepped up and handled the issue right away, unfortunately the awning company was not on top as Jared was but he stuck with us the whole time getting the issue (parts) from awning company to fix it. This could have easily been a "I we did all we could it's a problem with awning company" what we got instead was "I will work with you and whoever! to resolve this and ensure you are in perfect shape" that's what I call service! BTW Jaren beat out tow other contractors for price and reviews, do yourself a favor and go with "Approved Contractor"

It went very well. Jared, the company' s owner came by my house and gave me an estimate. I had interview others. One quoted the same price as Jared, but I was impressed with Jared's professionalism. Within a day Lalo came over to measure the windows. We discussed the different possible configurations for my new windows. I wanted 2 windows to be different from the old ones and they were able to do that. The night before they came for the windows I had nightmares about dust going everywhere and things getting dinged or broken. I needn't have worried. Everything was done with so much care that there was virtually no cleanup besides a little dusting. On day one of the project Lalo and the other worker removed the old windows and put in the new ones. On day two they did the finishing work. In addition to the windows they built a new window ledge outside on one of my windows, which was a time consuming job.. There were two very small windows that didn't need to be replaced. He wrapped the trim so that they exactly matched the new ones. They did the window ledge and the other two window trims for only $200 dollars. Jared was very responsive whenever I contacted him. He returned emails and calls in less than one hour. Lalo and the other worker cleaned up completely after each day's work. They were no messes left around for my dogs to get into. I would highly recommend Approved Contractor for any new window job. Everything was done beautifully with minimal disruption to my home or my life.

Everything was completed professionally and on time.

I have got quotes from other texture places to do the job for $5,400. They quoted me about $6,400, which is higher than I can get anywhere else. When he was leaving he told me anyone else would charge me $13,000 to do the job.

Honestly, based on all the reviews here, I thought I was getting an “A”. What I got was a “C”. Jared came to the house, put on an excellent "dog and pony show,", got me to sign on the dotted line, all in a very professional manner. His bid seemed high, but fair for what I THOUGHT I was going to get. Then things fell apart and I didn’t see him again till he came to collect the last check (which he promptly cashed even after telling me he wouldn’t cash it until I was completely satisfied!). I was so beaten down by the end of the project; I would have paid him and his crew to disappear! When Jared was selling the work, he assured me that the stucco repairs would be done according to our agreement. This meant that all cracks (larger than hairline) would be opened up and filled with the appropriate compounds and smoothed before painting. I had done significant research on the topic and knew the correct method and materials to perform the repairs. When his crew showed up the first day, I asked his lead to show me how the repairs were going to be done. The answer was WRONG (they were going to fill them up without opening them up). I promptly called Jared, who spoke with the lead and instructed him on what we agreed to (and the only correct way to repair stucco cracks). Two days into stucco repairs and paint prep, Jared asked me for the paint colors (which, according to him would take 3 days to procure). I told him I was still working with color consultants and that I needed extra time. I didn’t think the extra time would be an issue, because I was told and researched that the stucco repairs required time to cure before paining (which Jared confirmed on our initial walk through). I told him I needed extra time. He promptly responded with asking what colors I ‘was leaning’ towards. My response was that I was THINKING of using the same colors on the house already. When I responded the next day with OTHER colors, he told me he already ordered the colors!!!!! ***??? Who orders colors on a response of ‘I think’? LUCKY for both of us, production of the body color hadn’t started and he was able to cancel. Armed with my final color choices, Jared’s team started the next day painting the eaves and fascia. Right color, WRONG PAINT! My contract specifically called out Dunn Edwards, but the guys used Behr!!! Of course, I only found out by examining the paint jugs left in my yard. I called Jared to let him know he was in breach of our contract and he claimed that ‘when color matching, they use EITHER Behr or DE’. When I assured him that my contract did NOT state that and specifically called out DE, he responded irately, calling me difficult from the start and unreasonable! EXCUSE ME, difficult and unreasonable for getting the paint I contracted for? Are you kidding? He emailed me the next day stating that he should have realized his mistake and apologizing for his behavior. He said the guys would apply a coat of the DE paint over the existing paint. We finally agreed to leave the Behr and for him to take off $350 (only time will tell if that was a fair deal). So, the guys apply the body paint and I do a walkthrough of the work. Unhappy with some of the stucco repair, I take his lead around the house stating my expectations. There were some corner and base repairs that were VERY unsatisfactory. In fact, at one of the corners there was dripped sludge, covered by tape, covered by PAINT! I’M NOT KIDDING! Some other items… When I took Jared around the house for his estimate, I told him that I have three dogs and that I would attempt to them keep inside, but that they would occasionally need to go out. I told him that the guys needed to make sure that the GATES WERE CLOSED at ALL TIMES. His response, “NO PROBLEM”. Needless to say, the gates were tied open to bushes with painters tape. At that point, I had to make CERTAIN that someone was available at the house at ALL times as I actually have a job that requires me to go into an office! Clean up? What’s that? And WHAT A MESS IT WAS! I don’t know about you, but I would expect cleanup to be done nightly and at the end of the job. Two weeks after the job is done, I’m still collecting paint chips! There is still stuff on the house I would like Jared to address, but at this point I don't expect them to be addressed appropriately (especially since he cashed the last check even after assuring me he wouldn't until I was 100% satisfied... live and learn). I only hope he makes good on his promises 1) to return my samples with the paint formulas and, 2) performs warranty repairs as stated In contract!

The deal I purchased was really good. They offered fair pricing and up to standard.

There was a manufacturing defect in one window, which was obviously not their fault, and the manufacturer is working on fixing it. Otherwise, swimmingly.

Approved contractors painted the exterior of our home, and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. The crew spent several days repairing stucco and some dry rot and masking the windows and doors, etc. Then did an excellent job painting the entire exterior. I would highly recommend them.

Approved Contractor Inc. did a excellent job of painting my house. They removed and replaced all the dry rot wood, and repaired all the cracks in the stucco. the job was finished in 3 days. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get there house painted.

Both services were performed satisfactorily. The workers were prompt, professional, politely and did a great job.

Work was performed as contracted. We were happy with the results and with the professionalism of the contractor and crew.

I called Jerod and set up a face to face meeting back in December. He came out within a week, did a preliminary measure and provided a quote on the spot. Some of the windows and the sliding door were bigger than advertised and the price was adjusted accordingly. I accepted the price and Jerod's installation guy came out a couple of days later to do precise measurements. It then took a month for my HOA to sign off on the project. Once they did it took a little over 3 weeks for the windows to arrive. Because my schedule, it took another 2 weeks to schedule the install. The installation went very smoothly. They arrived a little early, but was easily handled. It took the 2 installers about 4-5 hours to install everything. They were professional throughout and at the end the lead installer took me through how to use them and the work done. Jerod followed up with an email later that day to make sure everything was satisfactory. I cannot say enough good things about Approved Contractor. I'll be using them to do the rest of my windows.

The estimator from Approved Contractor had a lot of integrity. He explained everything in detail, was very friendly, and let the decision to me. If I were looking for an immediate contractor I would look to hire him. The cost of the job ended up being higher than I expected simply due to the actual square footage needed.

It went well, Jared and team were quite professional. They got the job done within the timeframe that we had established up front and they left the premises clean throughout the job. My house looks beautiful and I'm happy with the results.

Well enough that we immediately hired them for exterior paint snd re-roof at another of our properties.

Great. Measurements were taken as quickly as possible and the actual work took a couple of hours and looks fantastic.

He showed up promptly and a minute earlier then he said he would. He was very clear and upfront about the costs and was very professional overall. Would definitely hire him if it were in my budget as I am sure the final product would of been top notch.

From start to finish, it was as expected. I got my estimate on time, the guys arrived on the day and time they said they would, cost matched the estimate. I was amazed - 4 guys showed up at 8:15am. I had a sliding door and 4 windows replaced, sealed and trim painted. By 12:30pm they were gone!

Wow! Our house never looked better. Thank you to Jared and his great painting crew. They did a terrific job, making sure to fully mask windows, removed and replaced fixtures and covered the air conditioners, pool heater and even our pool. They even fixed the loose rain gutters. The crew arrived on time, (when they said they would) were clean, efficient and did a terrific job.

Each time the work was carefully and quickly done.

It was ridiculously expensive and covered only a small portion of the house. We're not very happy. They should be more realistic in their advertising. They showed a big, beautiful picture on their website. We asked them what size of house does this usually cover. And they said, "a very small home." It's misleading, very much misleading. I'm not happy with it.
