Description of Work: Replaced three windows with dual pane glass. Production of windows was slow, but all else was handled very well and we are very satisfied with the overall service and quality of instalation. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Installed 5 windows including an 8 foot floor to ceiling picture window and oversized patio door. I purchased an Angie's list deal which made the windows half price. The installation was great. The crew was very professional. Jared Green provides wonderful customer service and follow up. The windows are very good quality.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal to get 1500 sq ft of the exterior of my house painted for $2500. Prior to buying the deal I spoke with the owner, Jared, to see if my house would fall under the 1500 sq ft max and qualify for the big deal. I have a small 3 bd 1 ba 1107 square ft single story 1948 home. He said that he normally adds 25 to 30% to the sq ft of the house to calculate the area needed to be painted. Since this would be 1439.1 sq ft, I decided to buy the deal. When Jared came out and measured my house, he said that there was 2166 sq ft that needed to be painted. This is 95.6% greater that the square foot of my house and would require me to pay a total of $4330 to get complete the job. As such, I decided to ask for my money back. Angie's list is currently in the process of reviewing my request for a refund. Since asking for a refund, I have gotten 3 new quotes to paint my house with exactly the same specs that the big deal indicated and the total price has ranged from $2700 to $3300.

Description of Work: This contractor installed all new windows and sliding glass doors in our home, and we could not be happier. The business owner made the sales call, and asked us what we wanted in our new windows and glass doors, then he made a few recommendations as to which of all the options we had to make. We went with everything he recommended. Next, one of his guys came by and took very detailed measurements of all the openings, as these were all going to be custom ordered. Our house was built in 1958, so nothing is standard! Once the windows and doors were delivered their team came out to the house, and worked VERY QUICKLY to get everything done. They were very professional, friendly, courteous, took a great deal of care when working with our home and if we are ever in need of new doors and windows again, you can bet we will be calling them!

Description of Work: Everything went great. Windows came in a week early. Unstall took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours total. Very satisfied :)

Description of Work: We had 5 windows replaced. I found Jared, who owns the company, and Lalo, who did the work to be thorough professionals. Lalo worked alone that day, and did not stop until everything was done, from cleaning the new windows, to removing every ounce of trash. I would hire him to build an entire house for me. We added 2 additional windows, in addition to the 3 offered in the big deal, and the price can't be beat! I will use Jared and his company again when we replace the last of our windows

Description of Work: Complete estimate of my house painting job was done. Contract was signed and work is scheduled for the week of July 7, 2014. I will update this review upon completion of the job.

Description of Work: Jared came out to house to give us an estimate. He was thorough, explained the entire process well, and helped us find solutions that would work for our specific needs. Because of our conversation with him, we purchased the deal on Angie's list and will schedule it over the next couple of months.

Description of Work: Jared and his installers were a complete pleasure to work with. He showed up promptly to provide a quote, gave me several options for my window replacement needs and was incredibly professional. Jose arrived as promised to measure the windows that needed replacement and to install the new windows. The job was completed on time, my home was left immaculate and the new windows look great. I replaced 6 windows and a french door. I would definitely use Jared and Approved Contractor again.

Description of Work: The workers arrived about 8:30am and worked diligently to remove the old windows and install the new vinyl double-pane windows - all 13 were completed in one day. They cleaned up everything afterword. They did come back the next day to do the finishing touches on the inside that had to be completed. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and have been enjoying my new windows. One of my neighbors commented on how good the house looks with the new windows. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs to have windows replaced.

The window and patio door installation went very smoothly. Installed six windows and a patio door in one day. Jose and his co worker were very efficient and did a great job. We're looking forward to getting the rest of our windows installed by this company.

Description of Work: Very close to an overall A. Overall a very good service provider for painting, they will truly go out of the way to make you happy. They responded immediately to any and all issues that I brought up BUT I had to bring up the issues to get the job done right. I admit that I am a perfectionist, it's part of my job. In the end, the only thing that was not perfect was the patch work. The area re-worked looks a lot better but it is not "excellent" work. I am positive that they would come out again and try to make it perfect but I believe it looks good and adding another layer to blend could make it look worse not better. All this said, I got many of my neighbors wanting to paint with this contractor and they are very happy in what they see. I even have one down the street wanting to use the same custom color I picked.

Description of Work: Over all went fine. Product his use is different than we want. But he says product his using is better so, need more time for research.

Description of Work: The "Big Deal" listed a price of $2499 to be applied to a 63% off Exterior House Painting (lifetime Guarantee Included). This seemed fair enough until the estimate to complete the whole house became nearly four times this amount (using the life time paint or texture coating). This did not include the trim or property walls. It is far beyond my current available resources. I was hoping the cost would be somewhere around one-half that amount.
